3D-Blender need help with soft body orifices physics

[Depesonalization]

I know that it's possible to make a part of the body to transform and respond to other objects with a help of a cage (boob and butt boxes)

But i'm yet to figure out how to make the vagina/anus to have physics. I'm interesting in how to set it up mosty to automate the process of animation, and, of course, for a bit of a better look
