Need two different pregnancy tags

Without pregnancy? aren't you just talking about creampie? That's already a tag.

Creampie is the single biggest example of why the tags on this site are trash. It makes sense as a tag for real porn, but here it would be on 99% of games if uploaders didn't forget about it because it's so generic.

As others have said, there are really even more than two different cases.

1. The most important and appealing to me, is the actual act of fucking the woman and knocking her up, usually intentionally. Functionally, in the game, this isn't all that different from a regular creampie, but the game specifically tells you during or shortly afterwards that you've succeeded in getting her pregnant. Ideally, she's begging for it, and using lots of dirty talk during sex wanting the player to go for it. And there can be some sort of X-ray scene showing the cum filling her womb.
2. The women shown as being visually pregnant afterwards. I'm a big fan of this too, especially if it comes in stages. And then the ability to have sex with them while they're pregnant and have special, different sex scenes for that feature.
3. Some sort of end game feature where the women in the game, often part of a harem, are shown to have been knocked up by the player in the epilogue. This can be sexy and satisfying in its own way, but for me its inferior to the first scenario.
4. The player having sex with a woman who is already pregnant when he meets her, or is otherwise with a baby from another man. For me, this is still hot, as you're seducing and fucking another man's woman, but its again different from the earlier types in both kink and act.
5. And then some kind of mechanic that the player can go to that shows which women he's gotten pregnant over the course of the game, how many times, etc. A lot of games seem to plan that in their future tags, but not many actually execute it. Its awesome if they execute it, though.
