Holy shit THANK YOU. I've been looking for so long for the answer since the translated version doesn't have a japanese keyboard.
I tried using a save editor to spawn the item in my inventory but that doesn't trigger the flag that lets you use negotiate on the cockatrice. I even tried finding a japanese copy of the game to import my save into so that I could use the password and then port back, but alas I couldn't find one.
And this whole time it's just been tamago...
It's tamago in romaji. Don't know how you were supposed to figure that out but someone else in the thread did it somehowanyone has japanese versio? its kinda stypid not to possible to download jap versio.. I cant continue game without it
edit : Sadly doesn't help me with the password for the "special item" after buying the "stone".

At some point during the game (I forgot), you get a special key item and you're told to use it in the Lost Woods (from the intersection, you go to the left, then immediately up into the woods (before passing the bridge).

Checked it, it should be the "Fairy Compass" in your Key Items:
It's location, from what the JP wiki says, is in a private room in the Succubus Hall VIP Area 3 :

I'm replying to this late enough that I'm guessing you've either already figured it out / have stopped playing, but since I just finished the game, figured I'll give an answer anyway in case it helps you or anyone else.
As far as I know, there's no way to get it from her anymore after that 'event', but you do get another opportunity to get that same item way later (in the post-game) in something that I think is repeatable.
How to beat the giantess in chamber of resurrection, I lighted up the four beams on the left and right but nothing happens. Also, in the gallery there is a futanari enemy but I couldn't find it in the game, where is she? BTW, I downloaded the mod but to no avail...

To anyone stuck in the store trying to buy "that thing" after buying the pebble, here's how i found out:
There is a house in Creppy Rock City North District on the left that has a book with the password: tamago.
This game is very nice, and i wish i could found more games like this one. :v

i see some have the ocarina of fortune and secret room map, but i dont remember if it was a consumable item or a item same as fairy compass,
1) one know where to found it the 2
2) say me if we can only find it in the ( so-called ) DLC after the end game with the "spoiler" ? for now i dont have fight it

You could try to change the actor name with MTool, but that would be useless, considering the story's most likely written by using the "Toa" name instead of using the variable for the actor name.

Silly, stupid questions:
I see that "spanking" is among the tags. Is it an attack the protagonist uses, or does one of the monster girls spank him in a bad ending, or have it as an attack? Is there a picture for it?

Someone else can either back me up or correct me, since it's been a couple weeks since I played, but I definitely recall it being the girl spanking the protag, with accompanying CGs. I don't recall off-hand if the scene was a game over scene, a battle-loss scene (these often don't trigger game overs / bad ends in this game), or just a environment triggered one.
Pretty sure no attacks involve spanking; if any do, it's purely flavor, like there weren't any image cut-ins or anything.
