Overview:
Our hero has no luck with girls and spends his nights staring at the starry sky. Prompted by a friend, he tries his hand at ‘people watching’ and points his telescope downwards. Much to his surprise, he focuses right on a young woman masturbating! He’s enraptured by what he sees unfold before his very eyes. When he regains his composure, he is wracked by feelings of guilt but cannot get the image out of his head.

He begins spying on her every day, but when just watching is no longer enough, he looks up her contact information. Her name…Minami Takeda.

I mean its not that out of the world reasoning especially if some people put too much focus on their reputation. But literally anything is better than those japanese games where the source of the blackmail is a video of you raping the person, seriously that shit happens too often "hey if you dont listen to me I'll spread this video of me raping you".

hmm can anyone give me some advice?
1. adv.exe "windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"?
2. tried setup as well installed then different message "unable to launch game"
3. tried ntleas doesnt seem to be region locked either.

You two would be surprise how that actually happen in real life, theres some news like that in my country that was only just been reported to the police after years of continued abuse, and the method are blackmail using videos of them being rape or some sex video of them.

you don't set up you have to open it with the emulator by clicking on the adv

The installation says that you just extract and click the .exe, but the only .exe folder is the setup, and after doing the installation and clicking on start game, the message appears that there is no game ... where I went wrong ?

I don't know what you did, but no setup is required. Just look at the installation guide.
