they updated the sale date, on the 28th of this month, so 2-3 more days depending if dlsite will post it based on japanese standard time or not

There a save for Vol 3 back here. In the Naked Idol's Live Broadcast! thread there's a save with (I think) all the gems you should need, don't see a save for Suspended Sex Simulator. You can maybe edit saves.

For the latest release:
Open regedit(Windows key+R), expand HKEY_CURRENT_USERS > SOFTWARE > Yabukaradoo > NejiSimSara2 and find GemKey and change the rightmost number. That's what your current gem is.
