Check their signature 7767 is a bot, pretty sure Vol 4 came from Anime-Sharing and they don't have the update. Uploaders often just upload they don't necessarily have or know about the game.

is pirate site for anything anime related, including porn games. If you see a Japanese Unity game (and others) with a bad auto translation it probably came from there, or one of their uploaders own sites.TheBlueKnight is there any other website that you know that has anime-type game/hentai game cracked?
