The incongruous art quality actually makes me strongly suspect the art is straight up copy-pasting and/or tracing art from Nekopara or Sayori's other works... The chibi in particular is 100% a ripoff of a Chocola chibi.

This is cheap! A lot of their games are not that consistent in artstyle anyway... it looks like they traced Chocola from Sayori and NEKO WORKs' NEKOPARA game! It's not NEKOPARA alone... I think they may have traced from other art and characters too!

The position in the second preview image reminds me a lot of Coconut and Azuki... This game is sus.
