Just noticed that as well. I can't even message the mod that locked it because the site won't let me start a conversation with them to find out what happened

I've asked on Radiant forum (where he works on commission) and get to know that apparently he got banned due to below 18 DLC content that have been leaked here. Even though he asked them not to leak that content here.
