Ah. There is nothing there as of current. The cave, Kumama second floor and the Well is the only new area for now. The whole town will be available with the next update when the first chapter concluded. I will update the objective to coming soon with the reupload later. Sorry for the inconvenience
Ok I did the slime girl quest now I have this one but I can't find the key, I've talked to everyone in the bar including mama, but no luck finding the key, I thought I was supposed to get the key from mama but maybe I missed something because I can't ask her about the key

Try talking to her again and choose something else. The option for the Key should appear. That should normally be the case. Otherwise I will look into in

Unfortunately I havent really figured out how to do a conditional choice. So you have to accept the potion first before the option for the key appear. There´s no workaround unless I make the Potion event seperately from her.
Ok so I was able to get through the squid quest after receiving the potion, and went to check and see if it unlocked in the recollection room later because I remember when checking at first, it only had these scenes I was thinking MAYBE they'd unlock later or something but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm also not sure if I'm missing any scenes in the new update, so far I've had the boob job with the maid, sex with the squid, and I'm not sure if that scene with usada chan counts towards the count for new scenes or not since it isn't with MC. Also found it strange that the usada chan scene had sex sounds but the other sex scenes didn't, completely silent in terms of sex noises.

The Usada CG count toward the new 3 set of CG. In the future lot of scene will be devoid of our MC as well since I do not wish to solely focus on him in this Journey. The other one that you found were unused one, hence "Not yet implemented" in the header. I kinda left there as a teaser since I might redraw them and they are not yet completed. For curious mind.
As for the SE. I was trying it out but it kinda slipped my mind when I compiled the build so it got left in. Sorry for the awkward situation.

Well. The MC is one part of the gang. I kinda wish for other to be at spotlight as well. So there will be situations where the MC is not present instead you learn about the other as well. Typical RPG character development with large party instead of one MC. Of course the majority of scene will still be the MC side.
Take this as a example. Nekopara doesnt only have scene with The MC but also have scene where the girl got some alone time. Something like that.
The "typical" rpg character development still happens with some degree of main character involvement. Either as a result of protagonist's direct action, or parallel to it.
And in case of Nekopara, it's not a "gang", all the girls are literally part of protagonist's harem, even his sister. So it's not a fair comparison.
I'm unable to play the game, since it requires for the browser to read local files, and it's not possible to change enable that, at least for operaGX. Is there something I'm forgetting?

I am kinda confuse what you mean by that. What do you mean OperaGX? Are you trying to play it through the browser?
