Coming back to this after i've upgraded my PC from Ryzen 5 5600 to Ryzen 7 9800x3D. Now this game runs at 50 FPS without frame generation, which is at least barely playable. Guess you need now top specs to run unoptimized 3D indie gamesThe only way i found this playable is with frame generation in Lossless Scaling.
While there'll be a lot of artifacts here and there, it'll be somewhat smooth experience.
For now I found most optimal generation is up to 30 FPS, which create good balance between smoothness and artifacts.
And of course, the better your rig, the less artifacts from generation there'll be

This part of the new devlog made me suprised (if Google translated the text correctly ofc). I tho that he would go back to finish Neirun after the DLC is done, but it seems like the dev will work on the sequel of Nekotto when the DLC is done, and work on Neirun as a side project:

Anyway Its nice to see that he is done with 3P, and already started making progress on the new enemy types. I'm also curious about how the bad ending(s) will play out.

I hope he tries to assemble an small team for that. He clearly can come out with good gameplay ideas and somewhat "working code" but he surely could use a second hand there and a relative good 3D artist so enemies models don't look so out of place with the rest of the public asset girls.nikotto island 2?
