I may discrepate in few points, but the ToS was, as you said, obsolete.Your product is in violation of the GDPR, even the help section of your site contains proof that you are not GDPR compliant. For example the text "BuriedRabbit will never transfer your data to third parties except for the following exceptions:" in combination with "Advertising Google Adsense and Google Analytics." is a clear violation of it because you must first obtain a user's explicit permission before doing so.
P.S. User email and IP addresses are considered PII and fall under GDPR protection as it's interpreted ATM... Also ToS stipulations are not accepted as giving permission and neater is registering for a service unless it contains acceptable permission form inside it.
The game is currently working on offline mode and all the data has been reverted, because it was following the LOPD, and not the GDPR. The game will continue working as full version, and the connection to the verification server will be rejected.
The web platform won't accept cookies anymore, we will update the game to comply with the GDPR regulation, and we will publish it again plus the Gallery and the monster stats fix.
Thank you for the warning.
