One of the first Acerola games. Against the background of later ones, it may look primitive, but on the other hand, there is nothing superfluous. Sooooo typical Acerola game. Almost all branches have just 6 stages, they go through +- the same way.

As the game is bit old, would rate it alongside the older game as Good quality game. This is standard Acerola game, but the CG, scenes and overall progression with plot is quite decent and good. Newer game as better than this one, but if you played all the newer Acerola games this one is something that you should experience as well.

Old Acerola NTR game. Lacks a lot, but is still great. I would recommend playing the whole series, especially if you just like to watch the girl getting corrupted and sleeping around. There is very little NTR, only a couple of scenes. The rest is just the girl mentioning her brother while cheating. Don't expect any interaction between her and her man during the events. Some stuff might happen, but it's too mild and rare.

You can have sex with a hobo! Sex with your man's boss! Sex with the young lad you're tutoring! Damn the sex scenes in this game are wonderful.

This was the first NTR game by Acerola so I give them a lot of credit for creating such a unique scenario. The fact that they remade this game a million times until it got stale is not the fault of Imouto Misaki.

This game is a wonderful experience. A cute busty schoolgirl brunette in love with her brother; its really really enjoyable. If you're burnt out on this developer, maybe skip this. But if you're just getting into NTR, then this is the game here.

Another classic of the NTR genre and as is typical of the developer the situation is debasing the main character in order to solve money problems.
There are plenty of different types of partner you can cheat with, a shota boy you babysit and teach, a hobo, a convenience store clerk, a top business executive that blackmails you etc etc.

I would have preferred however that the game was a continuous sandbox as opposed to having a time limit where it all ends. That said the fact that you can be sneaky around the partner is also a welcome addition to the game. That and the coy expressions and saying when he asks what Misaki has been doing that day is also good. You almost want her to turn around and say "Well today darling I got my guts rearranged by a shota with C**k as big as a bodybuilders forearm, how was your day?" Alas...we don't always get what we want but i do recommend the game.

Sex scenes are both sprite and CG with sprites taking place after you have exhausted all the CG's for a particular sexual partner. All in all not a bad game.

There's really not a lot to say about this game. If you've played other Acerola games, you know the format. You know the scenes. You've played it all before. This game just does it slightly worse than others. The pacing is dreadful. It's far too rushed from the get go (you'll be gagging on a stranger's dick within the first 10-15 mins, days before you actually fuck your boyfriend) and then it's super grindy in others. Because of how they set these games up, you can be eagerly getting railed at one job, and the next day start a new scene somewhere else and be up in arms about getting your boobs touched by a stranger. It's just tedious.

Each new job/interaction in an Acerola game is almost like starting the game over, as you see the same repeated scenes over and over again. The typical premise of getting a new job or meeting a new person usually goes like this, perhaps in a slightly different order: On day 1 you'll start by getting your gigantic boobs groped. Then on day 2, you'll get your naked boobs groped. (They already touched them on day 1, so what's the difference, right?) Come day 3 we'll work in some fingering. If it hasn't come into play by day 4, the smelly cock is introduced by then. It always smells and the MC never wants to touch it. But the stench inevitably starts to turn her on, intoxicating our poor protagonist into a confused puddle of sexual mishaps. Blowjob/titjob commence. Then you fuck. Sometimes Anal. Once the cock is introduced, enormous eruptions of cum will start to show up, and they'll look exactly the same each time. An internal cumshot will still result in MC getting slathered with jizz. You get knocked up eventually if there's a pregnancy mechanic. Rinse and repeat until the timer is up.

The text in this game is super disjointed, and the entire premise of story is stupid, the MC is a total idiot and her tits are stupidly large, and I don't know what else to say. It's ok at best. There are situations in these games that I typically really enjoy playing through in games; blackmail, corruption, forced, NTR, etc. But this game just handles them poorly. I initially was going to give it 3 stars, but I'm lowering it down to 2 because the more I'm thinking about it while writing this review, the more it pisses me off.

Misaki and Kazuo are not-blood-related siblings who became a couple when their parents died.
They survive together, until one day Kazuo loses his job over a grave mistake and has to pay back to his ex-company ¥1.000.000.
As a result, Misaki decides to help her beloved onii-chan by taking part time jobs…

Gameplay:
You walk around the town, taking jobs depending on the time of the week, with all jobs having different wages depending on what you’re asked to do.
Most of the jobs are locked out by Misaki’s guilt stat, which lowers as she does lewd things.
At the start, Misaki can only work as a tutor or helping as a waitress, but eventually more questionable jobs like working at a cabaret or photoshoots become available.
The game ends at day 60, with 5 different endings depending on whether or not you could pay the debt and Misaki’s guilt parameter.

Plot/Scenes:
There isn’t any real plot beyond repaying the debt, but you have some events that happen at fixed date, like the landlord asking the rent or onii-chan’s ex boss coming for dinner.
Whenever you do a job, if the conditions are right, you get a unique event and “progress” in that job. Jobs can have between 5 to 9 events, and there are over 20 jobs. It took me two playthrough and a half to get every scene.
Now, this is a NTR game, so nearly every job is about Misaki getting molested against her will at first, then completely giving herself to the pleasure. If you hate it, be warned every event is some variation of “oh no, even though I have onii-chan, it feels so good”, so you might wanna pass on this game.
However, if that’s your thing, the game is incredibly hot, with Misaki becoming more and more of a slut as the game progresses.
Onii-chan also asks every night how Misaki’s day went, and she always gives some hilarious half-truths.

Art:
The art is clean and pleasant, Misaki is deliciously soft, and she has 8 different outfits.
The scenes have some CG recycling, her missionary CG might be used in two different jobs, nonetheless, there is enough variation so that it doesn’t feel cheap.
There is also some sprite animations, if that’s your thing.

Overall:
If you like NTR, prostitution, and impregnation talk, I strongly recommend the game.
If that’s not your thing, the game is still pretty high quality, but you might get bored by the scenes.
I give it a “Flood my defenseless egg” out of “Onii-chan”.

Good art style, good scenario (if you are into Netorare... aka cheating/upsetting porn), good voice work, fun gamestyle, I would almost say the best of Princess Maker 2 with graphic sex....
Why am I not giving this game 5 stars?
The issues I take with Netorare Imouto Misaki are a few, and they are strong gripes for this genre of porn...
1. Time management: So this game has a time system, that you have to complete objectives by a certain date. And FYI just fail your first play-through and force Misaki to be a megawhore, because you can't get the true ending the first run. The endings are based on how much sex you have, and how much money you earned, and while I love the idea of newgame+ in any RPG, here it basically is forced Netorare before you can get the "true ending" which means doing a megawhore run first time around. That's fine EXCEPT for the fact that this game is huge, with lots of grind, you are going to put a few hours (4+) into getting any ending, and time is against you always.
2. No way around it: I like an RPG that poses a challenge to not have your MC succumb to tentacle porn. It adds something to the concept of the game that you can get through a world where everything want's to screw your MC. This game has no path to try and stay pure the first runthrough or so. While it's in the name of the game, the problem is, that we have a "True ending" that basically is the virginalish run (its called Netorare Misaki, even the best ending still has Netorare scenarios fyi). It seems counter intuitive, to the genre.
3. Corruption of memory: More than anything else, I can't stand that because you can have multiple jobs in this game, Misaki (the MC btw) she can be a prude at one, balking whenever work-senpai makes a lewd comment, and getting gangfucked at the other like its no problem because they are at different stretches in the work line. Doesn't matter how corrupt she has been at one place, won't change that you will have to go through the grind of corrupting her all over again at the next job, it gets old.

I love this game for so many reasons, it reminds me of a more grounded Violated Heroine, but I hate to say it... The issues I take with this game really make it hard to give it a 5 star, and if I was being honest, it would be more like 3.5. It gets so much right, and then flunks on so many other parts. I would say this is a template to a fantastic game, but at times it leaves you wanting to play that imagined game, and not this one.
