You could try generating Tara (not pregnant) princess carrying MC. I think I tried doing it, but Civitai has a preference towards a man carrying a woman, not the other way around.

Yeah, reverse princess carry doesn't seem to work, it just gives the same result as princess carry
Took a ton of work to generate this image, I had to manually fix Tara to get the right skin tone
I'm going to learn ControlNet, that would probably help get the image we're looking for, without trying to manually inpaint it the right way
