VN - Unity - Netorase Phone [v0.18] [Le Stag]

Okay, so... this sort of game isn't my cup of tea, usually. I'm not taking stars away for that. It's good. I will say that flat out.

At the moment there is a decent amount of content, and only one real bug at the moment. The artwork is good (esp. for being AI generated).

My major issue (and why I took 2 stars away) is the story.

There's a couple occasions where "rules" are brought up, and never explored, except briefly. There's a few occasions where Laura says she ISN'T going to do something, and then does. She tells Nathan that it's just sex, but then says things that make it clear she's developing a relationship with him. Now, for the submissive, or neutral routes that would be fine. For the dominant route... she says a lot of things that would make her dom (MC), in reality, go "Nope. This is over". A lot of doms in these types of relationships view their gf/sub as "my personal pornstar", and it would be unlikely that she'd have one side-dude. More likely, several that she meets with regularly. The only way I can see the story concluding at the moment (on all 3 routes) is Laura leaving MC for Nathan.

I have hope for this game. It IS good. Story just has some issues that are honestly probably an oversight.

The texting setup was cool, and the art is passable (the girls look cute). I dove in hoping for a fun sharing story where I could direct a kinky girlfriend's exploits and hopefully develop a cuckquean, but got the opposite experience.

The game design could allow for a lot of variety between playthroughs (it's 90% text like an html game), but instead it's a linear story of the MC's girlfriend Laura falling in love with her new boyfriend Nathan. If the player indicates they don't like something, Laura does it anyways with a few extra insulting/humiliating lines added. If the player indicates they want to find another partner, something that Laura has experienced many times herself while saying it changed her life outlook for the better, he can't because she's not ready yet. This confused me, and prevents what could be very hot variants of scenes taking place (e.g. the MC attending the parties and spending time with Ashley or Tara).

Here's an example of the slice of life experience baked into this story: Laura has never fucked a guy raw in her life. She meets Nathan, and after the second time they fuck she begins trying to convince the MC to let her fuck a guy raw (bringing this up while out drinking alone with the girls). She clearly wants Nathan to be the first, but if MC steps in to say he'd like the honors then she shows up to their apartment drunk late that night (after MC has fallen asleep waiting for her), they have off-screen raw sex once before she leaves early for work the next morning, then she takes that afternoon off work to fuck Nathan raw. They go to parties together, dinner dates, make out in public and have sleepovers. She's late to meet up with MC because she can't resist sucking Nathan's dick whenever she sees it. They privately text and hang out and she's going to be a model for his porno Instagram. MC is 1/2 his size with 1/2 the stamina and always gets sloppy seconds because the reclaiming is forced and very important according to Laura (unless she doesn't feel like going back home on a given day). It's just physical, though. This is the overall feeling and theme of the game reading from the MC's perspective, non-betas beware. So much for swinger clubs and sexual equilibrium!

I was elated by the choose your sexual preferences style intro, but wound up at the "slut monologue" feeling after the 10th detailed description of a forced scenario that totally ignored my preferences. The couple mentions that rules and boundaries are important when sharing (true), so the one rule MC has his "obedient slut" gf follow is that there are no rules and she can do whatever she wants at all times (umm...). The one rule for MC is that he's only allowed to sit at home and read texts passively. Serves me right for biting into netorare romance... I'm now enlightened. It's when your girlfriend falls in love with a new boyfriend and you hear all about their frequent trysts via erotic romance novel text messages.


EDIT: Decided to re-read the story for the 0.17 release... which quickly reminded me why I stopped re-reading the early NP chapters. Appreciate the Dom/Sub routes to separate kinks (and hopeful for what they could become in the future), but I agree that right now they need a label change. A "Dom" MC/reader almost never takes an active role in this story, gets left out by the main cast on the regular, and passively accepts nearly everything Laura wants while spamming hot face emojis. Even on the new Dom route it's difficult to get through early chapters unless the reader finds a belittling girlfriend describing dates with her new (favorite) boyfriend erotic.

Please consider supporting this creator and game. By far the best of its genre. The way it works is the game progresses through texting various characters, mainly your GF, and you make choices to determine the dynamic of your relationship. It's only getting better with updates and is already incredibly well made.

It's a great game for those who are fans of netorase and netorare. It combines a unique gameplay style with good writing and really decent art. You can get really into the history and the art in my opinion is probably the best part of it. I'll like more content with the other girls

This game is definitely not for everyone. Clearly, based on the name of the game, you have to be OK with cuckolding/sharing. Additionally, you have to find the texting setting fun. That being said, if you are into those things, Netorase Phone is great.

Genuine effort is put into this game. The AIArt is actually decent, and the writing, while not winning any awards, drives the game's plot forward well. It's a good experience for what it is, and definitely the best of its genre.

Tldr:
It's bad, for various reasons the games seem to shoehorn anything BUT netorase content, it's lazy and uninspired, and I still can't believe peoples are falling for that kind of scam, but it is 2024 after all.

Preface:
I wanted to give an honest look at the game after the 0.8.5 update that was supposed to "improve and fix" the game but it did not, I went through it all one more time to see the change, and it was just as I expected.

Art:
as far as AI generated images go, it's not that bad, but it's still very inconsistent and uncanny, and very generic, as expected with AI, you'll find some anatomy errors and a lot of overly dramatic lighting.

Writing:
It's the most bland, uninspired and repetitive type of writing anyone void of talent could come up with, taking the form of dialogues, characters in the game are laconic at best, always talking with series of short answers, using the same sentences repeatedly, the main character you play as rarely say more than "yes" or "" ... which get old very fast as you can imagine.

the relationship between characters feel unnatural, as if the author never talked to any other human being in his life, which lead me to believe that text (as the art) is also AI generated.

Fetish:
The game is advertised as "netorase" with quote: " mutual consent and respect between all involved parties. " and right at the first encounter it fall flat.

here's the very first porn scene as it goes: you talk to your girlfriend by messages as she's enjoying her time at a bar and say she notice a guy she flirted with another time, she specifically tell you this: " I'm not going to approach him "-" there will be other opportunities" concluding that it would come another time, ease your mind, and leave it at that. the next second she's with that guy in the toilets without you knowing (as you learn it from a third person that snitch on her) = this is NOT netorase, this is plain good old netorare, it's cheating, plain and simple, and the game all long is nothing but that.

So either the author have no understanding of the subject he's on about, or he's just throwing keywords to attract peoples.

Conclusion:
This miserable attempt at a game is the textbook example of "I want to scam peoples with the least amount of effort possible" the few piece of ai images is generic, the writing is mediocre at best and the fetish that is in the very title of the game (netorase) is essentially out of it.

I've tried to give this game a fair shake as it is clearly more for the people who want to simulate the 'cuckhold experience'. The game I assume is ment to be a slow teethpulling mess to try and get you in the headspace.

However becuase of this if you're not 100% into the kink, you can't enjoy it.
P.S the game is mostly writing and suspense, I pulled the files apart and honestly there wasn't a whole lot to look at.

Netorase Phone is all around good game for those of you that are into ntr,cucking,(possible cheating and swinging in the future don't know), from the pacing to the story its great. The story telling of the couple trying something new and having choices of where it goes and turns out as well with the romantics between the couple is a good touch. The art work is amazing Even if this game isn't your cup of tea i would still recommend playing it just for the pictures themselves. What is a added Bonus is to me is Le Stag is active in comminution and discussing the game and with the tweaking of images and fixing things to fit the mental design of the game they inversion. all around good game can't wait to see this game with the bright future it holds as well as what le Stag does as well.

Has to be one of the best story driven games, definitely the best of it's kind and certainly one of the best on the site. Awesome game if you're into the subject matter!

The graphics you receive are a slow burn, but worth it. The AI images are he best I've seen in constancy and look. The game play is fantastic, if anything I would love more choices, but it's still in development so there's plenty to come I'm sure.

Overall, a tonne of fun.

Initially I was a bit worried about a phone messaging game, but damn, after the first few chapters I had a new favorite game.

The convincing writing of the characters feel so real and the moment you propose Netorase, it slowly becomes more thrilling.
You can feel the passionate love between the characters and the slow built up to the first 'moment'. When Laura messages you right before 'Are you really sure? This is your last chance.' I felt a thrilling and exciting feeling that was not just arousing but also somewhat painful (but good).

I played the first 8 or 9 chapters and I am 'saving up' until there is a little more content (I did a little sneak peak at chapter 15), and man, I am excited for what's to come.

Would love to see more branching out, e.g. receiving naughty pictures of you and Laura. Some MFM and/or FFM scenes with Nathan, Ashley and Tara. If at all possible, 2DCG scenes of videos.

I think most of all to not being cucked all the time where the MC and Laura still having a lovable relation beside their escapades, this makes it exhilarating yet wholesome.

currently the best netorase game i have ever played. there were some issues that i have faced while playing it tho but seeing as how active the dev is, pretty sure they'll be able to fix it. and to you Dev, you are amazing

If you're into cuckolding, this game is the absolute gold-standard: It combines a very atmospheric user interface with super solid mechanics, no grinding or other bs distracting from the main game. The highlights though are definitely the art and even more so the superb writing. This game really ticks all the boxes!

You would expect a slow burn ntr game like this to be little more than a proof of concept but this game is already more than ready to be played across multiple sessions. It's game that somehow manages to make timed text messages not just tolerable, but effective in pacing content. Somehow utilizes unity in a way that actually functions and doesn't have me throwing up my hands and praying that engines besides Ren'py are outlawed.

The game does lack concision at some points, and most scenes could use a few more CG, but these criticisms are quite minor.

This game really just works for me but be warned if you desire nonlinearity or expect CG for the vanilla parts of the game you will be disappointed. You will also be disappointed if you want BBC, ugly bastard, or any other ntr trope that are genre mainstays for a reason.

I'm hoping the dev branches out into those and many other directions as this is a rock solid foundation for a game that's already worth playing but has a ton of room to grow.

Lots of AI art and when vanilla choices are made they are never shown. Pretty much the illusion of choice if you ever want to see anything. During my run i attempted a more vanilla run but was eventually pigeonholed into saying yes or very yes at around the act 2/3 point.

Given this is my first foray into netorase, this was so good I genuinely got irrationally mad and rage quit. Getting cucked ain't for me, but this was well done (except the save system clusterfuck which needs work). The writing does seem kind of meh sometimes.

This is a delightful little game. I'm in love with the presentation, the characters, and the story. It's both straightforward and immersive. The text messages and general phone-focused pov angle is deeply satisfying for me. The girlfriend and Ashley are a treat, being both teasing and enticing while trying to gently test the player's boundaries. It's very clear the player's girlfriend adores him, and she is constantly reiterating that fact. Even when she teases and taunts, it's clear that she's doing so because she believes the player will be excited, not simply to be mean. The little moments in between the teasing and sex, where the couple is just sharing casual texts and communicating normally, establish a relationship that clearly extends outside just the netorase and this fleshes out the characters nicely. All that serves to make the teasing and eventual NTS that much better.

I've been waiting for exactly this kind of work for a long time, I love what's here, and I'm eager to see where it goes.

Excellent writing. A very interesting new perspective with extremely sleekly designed UX, all buttons just work and serve a purpose.
Negative: lack of "image grouping" many images are too well lit with similar posture. It needs to be more rough for additional immersion.

This is one of the most well crafted games on the site. It seems simple at first, just a phone UI and a conversation between boyfriend and girlfriend, but the simplicity is what makes it feel authentic, and the writing is done in a believable way, making it an incredibly immersive experience. I think NTS fans crave something that feels genuine, because if you can't buy in, the whole fantasy and all the fun go out the window. This game does the best job at maintaining that authenticity and evolving the plot in a believable and thoughtful way.

Eventually more characters get introduced, each with a unique personality and relationship to MC, and the game evolves into this incredibly engaging ecosystem.

For anyone into NTS specifically, this is as good as it gets. Dialogue options allow you to explore the dynamic between Laura and MC as either a Dom or a Sub, and there's some incredibly colorful language that paints sex scenes in a completely different light based on alignment. The text alone is exceptional, but there's also some absolutely stellar art in this game.

The art is AI, but you can tell there is a massive amount of effort and work put in to ensure characters look consistent and everything is made to align perfectly with each scene. This is handedly some of the best use of AI art I've seen on the site thus far.

I think what really makes this game special is how new it is, and how much potential it already has despite that. This simple concept alone has the potential to expand exponentially, which makes this an exciting game to follow long term. Will there be new partners for Laura? More girls introduced to MC? As each girl gets introduced to MC, what kind of power dynamic will he have with them? Why are they going to send him teasing pics and what reason do they have to engage with his kink, and how does the balance of power change between MC different people? There is so much ground to explore, I really can't recommend this game enough.

A nicely written game. So far quite linear but shows a lot of opportunities for future branches, choices etc. I do hope the creator will incorporate this in time.
I like the pacing of the game. Tease is slow but not too slow (for me anyway).. and after each update you end wanting to see where it will lead. To me that is the key indicator that its a good game
