Question, at what point does Carwyn transform into a woman? I'm very interested in that route, I don't want to miss it. Any advice? thanks by the way

So this is interesting and i enjoy trying to avoid the NTR, but i don't really mind NTR at all. I just like the challenge. I might make weird choices whenever i feel like it though. The question is: Can nothing at all happen to her to get a good ending between her and the mc? Or can she cheat and stuff without it ending in a silly ending where she "always" keeps having sex with this guy behind mc's back which is the typical nonsense in japanese NTR games.
I also like to slut out the FMC and i find it endearing when i can also get the true ending even though she's been somewhat of a slut.

A very entertaining game, although the combat gets boring in the mid-late game it is entertaining enough, the characters are really fun especially Gwen and Joe Kobold, although I quite liked the corruption of Fem Carwyn I was disappointed that we could not be her female version all the time or longer, I was also disappointed by the pirate ending, I thought that since they were both corrupted they would enjoy this new beginning together, but Gwen ended up being a cruel bitch and Fem Carwyn a pet, I guess it was naive on my part.
With Carwyn it is difficult for me to measure it, he becomes a very unbearable bastard with Gwen but then he has funny moments like his silly flashbacks, and as Owen mentions he is so naive with some things but not with others.
Lastly I wish the game was in another format like RPG or Renpy to be able to translate better, I had to play the game uncomfortably with a translator the parts that I did not understand.

So playing through there were a few touches like Owain buying himself equipment after keeping half of chest earnings to himself that were fun. I also found that Gwen had a steal command when next to human enemies but never got it to work. (It seems you can't steal an enemy's only weapon and I never noticed anyone with more stuff, but I didn't do a thorough search) Are there any other mechanics like that that could be missed?

I think late march or early april was what was said on discord. I'm personally expecting it in the first half of april, i suspect high tier patrons may have more info.

Act 1 is basically done. But the game is no longer coming out as was planned. I've shifted to now releasing the game on Steam first rather than my usual method of putting it out for free. I know this will upset some of you, although this is a piracy site so it probably won't actually have much impact here, but I kind of had to do this. My business model needs to shift due to recent events like my day job getting completely fucked due to recent news. So Apollo Seven Games making more profit would be very helpful.
So despite the game being almost ready to go, it's not going to release for at least several months to allow for all the stuff that comes with launching it on Steam.

That's right, Netoria Tactics: Revolution is getting some new updates.
The first is out right now with Steam Achievements, Trading Cards, and Quality of Life Improvements. The next is coming in May with a crossover update with another TinyHat published game, Naughty Tale of Rabbits.
Sunny from Naughty Tale of Rabbits will be joining the game as a playable character! If you pick the new "Bunny" difficulty, she'll join the party as she tries to get back home to her world and her boyfriend. Sunny's combat kit is all based around gropes, lots and lots of gropes. First ntr that I somehow manage to finish (in most cases ntr hurts my fragile heart), having gender bender was nice, I did read that netoria 2 is in production, having gender bender, futanari and femboy, 3 of my favorite, I will hope to be able to combine them somehow.
And after doing my first gamethrough in hard with the soldier ending I went to try nonsensical, it is possible if you "cheat" your way leveling the characters using the archer enemies, they don't do that much damage, you can heal, and so, it is possible, but I would not recommend doing it, as the name states, it makes no sense playing that way.

You may be happy to know that Netoria 1 is actually getting an update in a month too (july i think) with the femboy Carwyn route being added. No futa in the main story though, boo, hiss, no big dick Gwen to brain melt Viv and Emrys.

Sorry for of all the changes on release dates and scheduling. What's now happening is there is going to be a crossover update with Hassel's Naughty Tale of Rabbits at the end of May exclusive to the steam version. And then mid-julyish the femboy Carwyn update is going to come out for free, along with the demo for Netoria 2.

TY for letting us know much appreciated. Have to say as much as I would have loved a futa gwen route femboi Carwyn interests me more than the femboi route in Netoria 2 just because I personaly prefer male to femboi not female to femboi that is just my personal preference. I am keen to get stuck into NTR 2 and will support on steam when its out.

It is TG SRPG but without NTR and more of a focus on story and romance than erotica. It won't be ideal to some of the players here but it should help scratch that itch while waiting.
Indeed, Oathbreaker is one of the tf games in my favorite list.

Oathbreaker was why I made Netoria Tactics in the first place. I played it and asked Icarue what the hell SRPG Studio was and here we are.

Only just found out about it while waiting and their world building is great with multiple games tied to their world. I also enjoyed their story more than most modern day games. Honestly I think a lot of game devs on this site are better writers than the writers in AAA games studios.
I prefer Netoria tactics overall as a game even though no offence I think their story is better. However their game is story 1st, TG 2nd and Romance 3rd. I think Netoria tactics is better as erotic fiction, has more replayability due to its routes but most importantly I think the gameplay is really well balanced with fantastic mechanics that tie in with the plot unlike in any other SRPG game. Normally SRPG developed games are way too hard or the battle drags. I personally think some of the battles in Oathbreaker are far too long.
For me Netoria tactics had a perfect balance and is my most replayed game on this site where I got every ending. My only real criticism of Netoria tactics is that I wanted more. A futa gwen route, A femboi Carwyn route (which we are getting), Also a route where the girls become futas and corrupt the men who got TF'd instead like if Mordid fucked up and all the men fell in the pool the women now futas started groping the TF'd men isntead. So basically loved the game and would have loved more erotic scenes and art too.

I've got to echo fetishgirl here, i've played a few indie SRPG studio games at this point and most of them have equal or better writing than fire emblem. If you consider scope and budget it's very impressive, including Netoria tactics and having played the demo for Netoria 2 i think it has a good chance of being better, both writing and gameplay wise.
It's almost like indie devs have to work harder to get traction and can't skate by on name recognition or something.
Also would like to put my hand up for fem versions of Emrys and Mordred at some point, even if just as a bonus thing. Girl Mordred being pegged by futa/strapon Gwen with a "yeah, how do you like it!" sort of conversation would be far too funny IMO.
