So how many routes are there in this game and how/where do the diverging options for the routes begin?

There are: a route per man, one Owain, one Emrys, one Mordred that all amount to the same thing, Gwen going with them rather than Carwyn. For each of those routes you can also run fem Carwyn and/or corrupt Viv or Carywn with Viv.
So that's Gwen cheats + Carwyn and Viv options
There is also the slut Gwen route that involves her cheating but also classing into erotic dancer rather than warrior. to do this have her get lots of gropes with the boys and then class her into dancer asap, not sure on the level number you need but it's not before map 10 that's for sure. This has all the guys sharing Gwen in the late game except Carwyn. This also has Viv and Carwyn options like above but those have different ending options though the routes are the same.
There is also a Carwyn and Gwen route and a Carwyn triumphant or Carwyn + Gwen + Viv route.
In summary there is:
A cheat route for Gwen and each guy: simply have them grope her most and your good.
A slut Gwen route: have her on a cheat route and class into erotic dancer and not warrior and keep the gropes coming.
A fem Carwyn route: have him transform and get groped enough.
A corrupt Viv route: have her stand near ally robots/deploy the robots near her and her chip will react.
A Viv + Carwyn route: don't have robots trigger, don't have Carwyn on the slut route, do have Viv grope Carwyn a lot and don't be on the pure Gwen route?.
A pure Gwen + Carwyn route: no gropes for anyone, i don't think it matters what Viv is doing so long as she isn't groping Carwyn.
A threesome Carwyn + Gwen + Viv route: I think you need to be on the Gwen + Carwyn route and have Viv start groping Carwyn, though i can't say i've done this route yet.
Routes don't diverge early, there is also a supporting word doc in the download that gives a very good set of instructions and exact timings for routes, which begs the question; why did i just type this out.
Who fucking cares, you rock anyway for typing it all out just the same and thanks. And now... for my Red Dead Redemption ADHD to kick in for this game.

As someone who played ME:1 blind first time and thought, "i guess i'll take the support boy out first time since i'm running a commando" and ended up with an accidental gay Shep for all of five minutes i can relate.
I really don't like when big decisions aren't signposted TBH. I get the point but please tell me if something matters devs.
I missed the Netoria 2 demo weekend. Somebody still got it?

I went with Soldier class in ME1 who persisted to ME3 and believe me when it comes to Mass Effect, no planet, no hub, no locked door, no supply cache, no synthetic, no living being in the galaxy of Mass Effect was left alone. My Shephard could be seen creepily wall crawling towards an area at the slightest wiff of something that might have been hidden or left lying around to be discovered.

It was available for free as part of a limited duration feedback thing on the discord, most likely the next round will be too, though no idea when.

I just played the old demo version so this is a review based on NTR demo 3. Wanted to say my piece as someone who paid for the first game and its one of my most replayed games on this site.
Art: Fantastic improved over the first game the artist should be proud they continue to improve.
Story: I think the core story of the game is better than the first apart from 1 issue I will explain in spoiler section.
Erotica: Different types of erotica with a good mix of kinks and fetishes however this means the game is more ambitious and might be spread too thin compared to 1st game. I will explain further later but right now I am unsure if this is better or worse overall.
Characters: I would say it depends what you are looking for and we have only gone into depth with the Main cast. For me personally as much as I loved the original cast I think these characters in their initial impressions are better over all as they are more in depth where as some of the characters were very shallow (that was the point eg. Mordid.) Also this new cast has a lot of potential I look forward to seeing where the antagonists will fit in with the cast as they might be what a lot of fans of the first game will feel is missing is a character who is morally bankrupt. Love the new cast already.
Gameplay: Now this is the only area I personally felt was worse compared to the original I know we are in the testing phases and I know this game offers more variety in terms of mission objectives but I was not having fun compared to before. The balancing act of keeping characters close, getting the chests, not getting wiped by assassins or overwhelmed by infinite enemies. Instead of feeling like I am looking forward to playing this battle again in another route I instead felt like I hope I don't have to do that troublesome fight again. I will go into more detail with my problems below.
Overall: Definitely an improvement over the first game and while I know this game is meant to be more replayable than the first I felt the need not to replay it again multiple times because I really didn't want to. I was more than happy to do the routes which I did just not to replay certain battles again.
This looks to be a very promising sequel and my early impressions will mostly likely change if the gameplay is better balanced. A great start to this new game. Basically my only major concern right now is the gameplay which I think was better in the first game.

No unfortunately but there is a short scenario of it if you beat the game and unlock the gallery on the steam version. These are extra scenarios with guest artists so they have unique cgs like you get a female Owain in one of them which was hilarious.
Dev said that if they ever have the time they might go back and create a new route for this but it might be too complicated to code in this route.

He's made a lot of games with varying fetish focuses, including a netoria 2 that is in development right now. I'd suggest using the "other games" link in the first post.
If he ever makes another game I wouldn't mind it being about that rather than NTR.
