Let Gwen (or Carwyn in female form) be groped at least once. You could do it during the Sphinx' riddle if you don't want to do it anywhere else.
0 gropes = Triumphant route
1+ gropes (as long as the corruption isn't too far gone) = Pure route
Stay on pure route until you get to the king's castle (level 23 I think?), then let Gwen get groped a lot by the other guys while escaping the castle's dungeon. That should trigger the netorase scene.
Important to note, the "Hero" ending is the one that better matches the "pure route", to get the Hero ending you need to prevent both Gwen and Vivian from being corrupted (to prevent Vivian from being corrupted, do not summon Cythraul robots after she gets a chip implanted on her).
If Gwen is pure and Vivian is corrupted, you get the "Soldier" ending, which better matches a "netorase route", because the ending has a scene that changes entirely depending on if you had the netorase scene or not.
Are the dungeon exploration map scenes (in between floor) meant to be always hidden? I have gwen pov enabled but in those maps all i see is shadows and obscure text.

The Gwen POV is to see the sex scenes every time Gwens relationship with 1 or more of the guy goes up a level.
However in camp exploration they will be hidden in the shadow. The Text "skipping" is intentional. There are no full text. Its meant to simulate being unable to hear them correctly. Also, the one she will be with in the shadows will be the guy with the highest relationship with her. So it is possible at one moment it can be Morbid and then it can change to Owain etc etc.

You are probably doing the triumphant route, where Carwyn always gets both Gwen and Vivian. The triumphant route happens if you play the game without anyone getting groped even once.
You need to let Gwen or Fem-Carwyn be groped at least once by one of the guys to play the normal "pure" route.
Can someone explain a bit: Is female Carwyn different than femboy Carwyn? Does female Carwyn develope like female sex organs? Can both still have sex scenes with the men? How can I avoid getting the female route and get femboy instead (I heard the female route can override femboy).
Female Carwyn is full-on magical transformation, grows boobs and has a vagina instead of a penis. Femboy Carwyn is mostly crossdressing with some magic towards the end, but he doesn't grow boobs and keeps his penis.
Female Carwyn gets corrupted by all 3 of the party's "gropers" and fucked by all of them. Femboy Carwyn can only have gay sex scenes with Owain and Kobold Joe.
Female Carwyn route happens if you use Carwyn's female transformation and lets him be groped and corrupted in that form. Femboy Carwyn happens if you buy the female accessories and equip them on Carwyn after it becomes possible to do so (right after you unlock the female transformation, but you do not need to transform into the femal form).
You might have wrote it, but as someone who read it it's more or less 100% NTR. NTR isn't solely about defined couples, but also girls the MC is romantically interested in, especially when you know this girl is someone he WILL have a defined relationship with at the stories end. The way they wanted the MC not to notice shoves it pretty strongly into NTR as they all know they were a "thing". Had the conversation rather been "we're not a couple so what i do is none of his business" or something like that then we'd have a different conversation. It would still be NTR by definition, but it would not be a vile and slutty NTR that trashes the heroine pretty thoroughly like this one does. After seeing this i was like "fuck is the point of pure path anymore. Let the boys have her so our bro can find someone with some principles"
The point of pure path is that people change, and the effort both Carwyn and Gwen put on trying to be better together can pay off.
But it is a fact that Gwen was a selfish bandit slut in the past, she wasn't merely "a victim of her circumstances but secretly with a heart of gold" or any nonsense like that, and her fancying Carwyn after he saved her didn't instantly turn her entire personality around. Those were lies Carwyn and Gwen kept telling themselves so they could handwave the inconvenient parts of Gwen's past, for Gwen the things she didn't want to admit because she was ashamed of them now and for Carwyn because he didn't want to admit that certain things about Gwen's past actually hurt him ("it wasn't you, it was Old Gwen").
But she did want to be with Carwyn, and after Carwyn's brother bluntly told her that Carwyn wouldn't want to be with someone that sleeps around and isn't serious about trying to be a better person, she started putting in the effort to change. The problem is that Carwyn was extra wary and a bit traumatised after seeing her with his brother, so he would always keep her at arms' length and never reward her efforts by actually allowing the two of them to start getting intimate. That's how their relationship is so dysfunctional at the game's start.
It is not meant to be a NTR scene in itself (unless you're one of those wackos that act like having past relationships counts as cheating/NTR) but it gives weight to and validates all of Carwyn's NTR fears and wariness around Gwen. You understand that he isn't just a crazy emo dork that keeps pushing her away for no reason and it really drives home the fact that she wasn't always a "fair maiden" and how easily she could break Carwyn's heart, even if unwittingly.
At this point you decide how you want the story to end, if Gwen fails to stick by her changes (corruption route) then you get one of the many different "bad endings" (bandit, fugitive, mercenary) where in one way or another Carwyn loses his ability to trust the idea of love. If Gwen sticks by her changes (pure route) then Carwyn manages to trust in the idea of love, although if he can't trust Gwen personally you can get the Hero ending with Vivian, but if he trusts Gwen you can get the Hero ending with Gwen or the Soldier ending (Soldier ending is a less "romantic" ending and it even has a NTS variation, but I think Carwyn is still happy to be with Gwen, even if it isn't exactly the relationship he used to dream of).
I think its important to remember that the reader is also part of the story. You probably know it and feel it depending on what game and genre you play. You expect stories to play out in a certain fashion and for characters to experience certain things. Same with NTR. What the character feels and what a character SHOULD feel at that point in times takes a backseat to what the reader feels. NTR wouldn't be a thing if the reader was disregarded. Like imagine if we had Asuna have sex and kiss a few guys before she and Kirito became a couple in Sword Art Online. How popular would be series be? Most likely cancelled a long time ago. Real life values just doesn't mean a thing in fiction and that's how it is.

Carwyn was already refusing her even before because he is a bit of a emo dork (the trauma stopped him from ever progressing, but he was always going to be someone that takes relationships a bit slowly), she tried to flirt with him but he wouldn't reciprocate. She jumped Carwyn's brother only after trying with Carwyn because she wasn't the type of girl to take things slowly (or did you want her to literally force herself onto Carwyn at that point? He had already kicked her ass and she was kind of on thin ice, she had barely started to befriend him).
Either way, the game is literally called "Netoria Tactics Revolution", it is advertised primarily as a NTR game even if it has other routes. It even has the "triumphant route" if you just want Carwyn to be such a chad that he represses his trauma so hard he never even remembers Gwen slept with his brother (and so the player never finds out either) and proceeds to get his own little harem.
Compared to most games this one already has an abundance of variation and outcomes, I guess if you are in the very weird spot where you don't want the "triumphant route" because Carwyn is too much of a chad there, but don't want to do the "Hero ending" because Gwen is not enough of a demure waifu and the story has a twist that forces you to actually confront NTR themes, even if to ultimately overcome them, then I guess the game missed you.
But I personally think that's more of a problem of you looking for a very vanilla love story in a NTR game rather than the game missing its mark. To me the Hero ending in this game was a really clever way of doing a believable happy ending while STILL being a story about NTR, rather than the game's pure route being just a vanilla romance story where you had the option of turning it into a NTR story (and like I said you can just do Hero ending with Vivian if you feel that you can't trust Gwen, she just needs to be kept pure so Carwyn doesn't let his trauma turn him into a cynic regarding love and relationships).

Like I said in the post you quoted, it's just my opinion as the author. You don't have to take stock in that opinion, me being the author doesn't necessarily make it more valuable. I think you're being a little bit silly here in that you're just talking about another opinion here, your own. It's not some immutable truth. You can not like it, that's fine. Every story element of every story in history has had some people like it and some people not. Stuff that I think makes the story interesting, like Gwen being a Bad Person before she met Carwyn can be your deal breaker, that's just how it goes. The game has been out for a long time and for some people the Gwen+ Carwyn's brother scene makes the story better and for some it makes it worse. How the player feels about the events is down to them and their personal experiences
There is no monolithic Reader who will interpret events in the same way every time.

So, I am at the stage in which Carwyn is briefly turned into a woman (because of the wizard), once that scene ends and he goes back to being a man I stay stuck in a stage in which i can choose to speak with my companions and turn into a woman. I spoke to all of them, and I dont want to turn Carwyn into a woman, however, it doesnt seem like there is another way to finish this scene. How can I do it?
You have to turn into a woman at least once to test the power, you don't have to do it ever again after that if you don't want to though.
