So, I am at the stage in which Carwyn is briefly turned into a woman (because of the wizard), once that scene ends and he goes back to being a man I stay stuck in a stage in which i can choose to speak with my companions and turn into a woman. I spoke to all of them, and I dont want to turn Carwyn into a woman, however, it doesnt seem like there is another way to finish this scene. How can I do it?

On the first instance where you gain the transform ability, the only way to finish that stage is to transform into a woman.

Do not worry, this does not affect Carwyn or corrupt him. After this instance you can choose to transform or stay male for the rest of the game

is the gallary supposed to be mostly unlocked already? im currently on my first playthrough around level 25ish and just checked the gallary for the first time and noticed a lot of scenes which I have never seen before were already accessible but there were still a few blacked out

All scenes are available at the gallery at any point, I think.

Blacked out scenes aren't blocked scenes, they are just the version without Gwen's pov (text being partially blacked out).
