Some real quality snark in this thread. But generally, having your link as a single .exe is kinda the online equivilent of being obnoxious as possible.

Looking at those preview images, the art is all over the place.
Some look like Koikatsu. Others look hand-drawn. The middle one looks like the features were pasted onto a solid colored doll...
It isn't really a negative but it does seem like an odd choice.

There is 'the archive contains an exe, but you can generally see that the layout looks like a legit renpy, rpgm, or unity game' and then there is 'there is no archive, there is only zuul' where you've just got a largish exe that could be anything, like this one. Luckily it doesn't want administrative access or I would have just deleted it. But at least the mega link exe was legit and ran fine. The game wasn't great, but that's a different issue.
