If i remember correctly from the games i played from this company(i just played the translated ones) in order to change your outfit something big needs to happen like route change our hentai scene.

Given the fact that was released recently (yesterday), unless SakuraGame doesn't translate this at the speed of light - so really, really badly as always - probably we will have to wait a couple of months. If not more.
