Hello all, I do have a question if someone could possibly educate me, Is it a bad Idea to use a game that someone started but stopped working on, I'd like to see how the flow possibly goes with the storyline and possibly work on it, I don't want to offend any Dev's..

Well you should definitely ask the Creator before you start Working on someone's Creation.

I would say do your best to contact the developer and get permission. If, after a reasonable amount of time you get no reply, go for it.
