Mod New to Studio Neo, Having problems saving scene

I'm using studio neo v2 to make honey selects 2 scene and i saved that scene. But when I load that scene, the objects I generate from mods became "sphere (general)". How do I fix that?

Idk, sounds like a you problem unless the scene you're talking about is downloaded from somewhere and you don't have the mods they have. Might want to ask on the Illusionsoft discord server.
