Yes, it is possible. It's also possible to choose a female NPC virgin friend to take part in the shoot instead.
The game length can be edited under the "Cheats & Customization" tab when starting a new game.

You can write custom scenes and that's about it. I recall that someone tried to open the game up, but in the end it just didn't work properly and to be honest it's such a mess that someone who has the technical know-how is better off just making their own stuff rather than trying to add on top of this ... thing.
As for mods - again, just custom scenes.

Thanks, but i asked about remake of this specific game because some updates back people were frustrated with the slow updates, buggy releases n very little content added.
Well, accidental woman is (from what's been done so far) basically the same premise, mixed with a bit of Lilith's Throne's systems. As for actual remakes of this game, no nothing has been worked on other than that little bit of talk you mentioned.

Yeah, I tend to agree with you on that. There's yet another, long abandoned, game with the same basic idea of a tg at the start life sim. In early versions that one required you to manually eat, similar to Girl Life, but you just up and died if you forgot to eat for 2 days. The dev took a lot of convincing that overly long busywork isn't fun.
Accidental woman has many of the same issues, having something like 4-5 different descriptors that can be applied to clothing for instance. It has some promise, but it's very much a wait and see what they actually put in game at this point.
