I first played this in 2015. That was the year the big update came that added The Gym Jerk and Horse.
The game was first uploaded to TF Gamessite in November 2014 apparently. We are reaching the 10 year mark this winter.
Damn it is all starting to make sense!
The reason the development is so slow and all these games are made by some brit is because it IS made by A brit! the same brit!
I started writing this as a joke but here at the end I am starting to doubt if it is a joke or if I actually stumbled on the truth.

No. Keep resting at the gym and work out with the npc with the gym_jerk tag. He'll invite you to the showers with Horse after the workout. If you keep repeating this, Horse will be available as a normal NPC after a certain event triggers I believe
Keep going to the gym and it'll be randomly closed one day. Rest of the event is pretty on rails and obvious.

I wish there are more events that has the sex scenes included as well with unique dialog and events and not just a unique intro and outro that leads to the standard sex actions that every other scene has. I would like to see more unique events that not only include sex scenes but also have unique dialogues and actions, rather than just the standard sex scenes.

It would take SO an entire year to write a single event then, as each action would be a major addition in it's own monthly release
I'm not sure if I was dreaming or what, but a few days back I could've sworn I managed to get a gangbang scene during the office party. You were forced to do a striptease and at the end of the striptease, you were so hot and horny that you basically fucked all your office mates. The hunk tried to stop you but in the end he just left.
I've tried to trigger that event again but no matter how many literally hundreds of iterations of the office party I tried with different kinds of settings, i could never get it to trigger again. Was I dreaming or did I really get that scene?
If there is actually that scene, what are the characteristics and flags I need to trigger and use to get it?

You have to get your character drunk by drinking a lot during an office work party, and then rely on RNG to launch the repeatable event where your boss asks you to dance and strip. You accept, but, because your character is heavily inebriated, you stumble. You then get the choice of having the office rival help you (avoiding the sex scene) or you go with the men (gangbang).
And also, your dancing skills need to be low, or else you won't stumble but be able to perform the striptease effortlessly.
That was the thing that kept me not being able to trigger the event. I usually get my dancing shoes on pretty early in the game as you get good amount of money with the dancing competitions.
