nice work... hard to grind, but awesome backgournd, the creator has made other works, all of them moving in grind the levels and some luck, the point is the way he made the fall of the enemy, impressive.

UPDATE: I retried it and was wondering why I hated this game.
I now remember clearly. The main thing is this, the AI has infinite resources, namely energy. Even IF you start to improve your stats it actually just ends up making it worse. Since the more influence you get the longer she can play cards. Its insane. Unless you cheese the game by stacking stuff that destroys her influence (HP) there is no way to win since attrition is purely one sided. Fuck this game. Mainly cause it has everything I hate about RTS games and their AI stacked on top of a time limit (glory system).

RNG grindfest timesink, no thanks.
Like the concept and execution, but the balance is terrible.

Got max energy.

11...glory, after what? 2+ hours of gameplay? No sex scenes either.

Oh and the computer? 500 fucking glory.

Glory BTW are "win points" 1000 and you win the game, or if the computer gets 1000 you lose.

This is one of those games where you need certain amount of grind and "tools" to beat the unfair computer.
You think you are improving by grinding up your energy and influence. But you realize like I did, and maybe an hour later.
"This is just a war of attrition, and the computer has infinite energy...this is stupid".

Now I am sure if you had the right cards upgraded properly, you could win ez pz. Here's the thing. Card acquisition is pure RNG. Fuck, that. Not to mention you are on a ticking time clock, unless there is a way to diminish computer glory (which if there isn't it sure as shit isn't apparent).

So even after sinking time and grinding, unless you RNG your ass some cards that win the influence battle, you are fucked.

So ya, overall its not terrible, just as it currently is, not touching it.

The best writing and scenes anywhere.
Good art as well. Not too grindy, but you do have to finish the first half to get to the interesting stuff. There's a build-up which makes the rest of it much better.

Tough game to review, the art is top notch unique I'll say that, going with 3 stars for now. Could see it getting better and better though.
Right now, it suffers from 2 flaws I just can't ignore.

The game play, the card game, isn't fun. Not only is it not fun but it's designed so losing over and over is a part of it. Bold design choice I don't think works here. It seemed just grind with little reward for the effort. Thankfully the cheat code offers a way around that but anytime I think of a cheat as necessary in a game I've got to dock a star.

Many of the rewards you get for playing it don't have unique art yet. That might/will come with time hopefully but reviewing it now, it's an issue that the work involved often leads to short text based rewards.

Will keep an eye on it though and, with the code which you enter in your house, the game is playable now and I'd say yeah give it a quick try it's not bad.

Pretty weird game, actually. Not weird as in bad, but... weird. It has promise, though.

There's two aspects to the game, the card bit and the "roam" part. The card game is just a card game where you try and manage resources or whatever. The "roam" part isn't really roaming, but it allows you to spend the resources you gained in the card game. Maybe you'll blackmail your co-host into doing stuff, maybe you'll invest your resources so you can get more.

Roaming isn't very well explained so there's a lot of trial and error and clicking about at random finding things, but once you've kinda got it going it's pretty good. Though no animations the pictures are decent. The UI is pretty bare bones.

The strategy is well developed and balanced. (For those of you complaining I'm guessing you tried to be an alpha straight from the get go. This is the wrong mentality. You are caught OFF GUARD so you MUST play as passively as possible try and end each battle as quickly as possible to prevent her from gaining glory)

The events are dynamic (i.e as you start winning she will start sabotaging you with thugs)

The artwork (what little there is) is very nice enough said

There is a variety of girls for you to conquer


CONS
The interface for the battle portion doesn't tell you how man uses of each ally you have left.

The lack of artwork to reflect the scene often times the sprite don't reflect the character's situation

All the characters seem to be devolving to some level of dumb willing bimbo. Can't I have an intelligent loyal pet that will fight for me tooth and nail?

An extension of the above the story is very linear and there are few things to spice it up once you read most of the scenes.

The grind when trying to end the day quickly towards the end is annoying. Sometimes I just want to let her win so I can continue with my black mail for the day. But what I am forced to do is sit there as she slowly chips at my influence; Only to have her draw her daughter card which gives me influence prolonging a battle that I want to end.

Well put together game that rewards patience and strategy. At first you are on your heels, and do not have a chance in hell of stopping her. It's all about playing defense and building your power.

I'm not big on games about "breaking" women, but the gameplay makes this an excellent challenge. If I find anything lacking it's the way allies work and that you are practically forced to use them as defense against one of your rival's most damaging cards rather than for their special ability until very late in the game. But this is a minor gripe.

If you're tired of yet another VN trying to screw your sister and want a game that's totally different give this one a try.

story: is really good.

gameplay: kinda hard.

draws: very good.

scenes (erotic ones): really hot.

conclussion: this game has a brilliant future just in the story, i find miself amaized
by the two protagonist and their strugle for power, "no blow is too low, no limit is too high"
you can say this game is about corruption, but you are the one who is going down into the abyss.
how far you will go for what you want? how many people is gonna have to fall before you raise again?

this game TOTTALLY deserve your time and money.

Ok, so firstly this game is still rather barebones, and even when it is complete judging his last few games, it won't be massive, I do not count that as a negative, but just know that he doesn't make big games. That being said, I'm still following this because the guy knows how to write a "good" story, and his writing, while incomplete, hasn't depreciated from Soldier's Life. A text heavy game isn't for everyone, but if you like them like I do, then Pyagora's great.

This game has potential. The developer has made good games in the past and hopefully this will be another. The new battle system will be fun. I will check back when it's released or further developed and leave an actual review.

I wish I could give the game 0/5 right now. I know this is not going to be an in-depth review, but please bear with me.

The premise sounded very interesting. I excepted great things out of this. However, as it sits, the game is currently unplayable. The card battle is a farce. Your opponent has an insurmountable advantage against you. The only way to (maybe, because even then I'm not sure) even the playing field is to cheat! There's a cheat code system implemented in the game. But the cheat codes are only available if you are a patron.

I've seen a few cash grab games in this forum, but this has to be the worst kind. The worst dick move. I've expected great things from this developer based on their previous portfolio (sorry if that breaks the rules), but unless they fix this BS, I will no longer play any of their games.
