the game has potential.
i attached a savegame when i first visited the shop and a cheat engine table for health, money and flashlight battery.
the save is from this path: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\NiamareVanaride\Saved\SaveGames
the table was created with version 04.30.2025.

Nothing says fantasy land like stack of UK pallets.
there is a room with 4 plates where you can move bodies around (by pressing E). the symbols above the plates tell where to put which body part.
some feedback if the dev is watching (version 04.30.2025):
bugs:
Valve x2
if you use the valve in the wrong place, it will remove 1
Cabinet
sometimes you get caught even if the enemy didn't see you going into the cabinet
Camera Offset
i believe this is triggered when you move the mouse while watching a door open animation (fixed camera). after that, the camera is shifted (W doesn't move forward then)
general:

i got to the point to have the sword but didn't know where to use it, a hint system would be nice
Throwing (G)
is really hard to hit in action

here you go, all clothes, accessories etc. available.
but the save is at the end of the demo (version 04.30.2025), if you move straight forward, the game ends.
The save seems broken? On the menu only some costumes are unlocked, they're new ones, but none of the old items are unlocked. I load the game, and it loads to where my old save was, with my old items and costumes, but none of the new ones unlocked, not even the ones shown in the menu. If I start a new game with the new constume parts, I do start the game with them equipped, but all of them are locked in the menu. When I delete all my old saves and ONLY copy over your save... it loads into the beginning of the cave and nothing is unlocked, the same costumes are unlocked at the menu level, but once I load in, she is only even in her default costume no matter what I set.
At the same time, under the scene collections menu, almost everything is unlocked no matter what or how I load saves, save for the first meat night or whatever it is, the one that is the first monster scene out of the woods/group scenes in the cave. Can't boot up the game atm to get the specific title lol.
This is all with the previous AND newest version, tried it with both, and between every attempt I'm copying directly from your compressed archive, so no chance something got overwritten in it and I'm copying the wrong thing. It DID unlock scenes I didn't have unlocked and the costume parts it shows unlocked in the main menu are not unlocked by default (I think) so your save is doing SOMETHING... just not everything.
Shame this game is as buggy as it is, I'm not optimistic the dev will get it all ironed out and it'll end up abandonware as the bugs pile up and the new content keeps adding more and it just gets more and more busted.
The sword is in the chamber where the monster is when you see the cutseen. If you do it correctly (get the two pieces of the statue) you can go in the back way and the monster tends to stay outside looking for you. You then have to take four body pieces and put them in four containers with gargoyles like images on them. If placed in the correct order, the sword will drop from the ceiling for you to pick up. There is a youtube video someone created that actually shows how to complete the quest. I know there is a link of the dev's discord channel.
i just noticed that the save hasn't all collections (video scenes), but it has all costumes and accessories.
i restored the save from the zip (will only work with version 04.30.2025) successfully like this:
- delete the folder "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\NiamareVanaride\Saved" (or move it)
- start the game to the menu to let it recreate the folder
- close the game
- overwrite "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\NiamareVanaride\Saved" with the zip content
if this doesn't work, maybe the game stores something in another location or registry (i tried it on the same machine, so these places are untouched in my case).

I didn't have any errors, BUT turns out if you press the "Home" key at any point in the game it resets basically all your progress. I really would like that to be made clear by OP because the first thing I do when I get stuck is start pressing every key on the keyboard to see if there is a dev tool or a unsticking button. Game is fine but a little too twisted for me. Thanks to the guy who shared a completed save file. You saved me from wasting my time just to find out I didn't like any of the material in this game. 2 outa 5 Stars

The complete walkthrough is as follows:
- Starting Area (Forest): The protagonist leads the team through a forest to find a way out. Move forward steadily, avoiding running too fast. Pay attention to environmental cues. When encountering a totem, observe the branch patterns for directional hints. Choosing the correct path leads to a cave, triggering a main story event where the team is pulled inside. Taking the wrong path results in a werewolf ambush, triggering an H-scene and resetting the game.
- Cave Exploration:
- Descend the stairs inside the cave. Search around skeletons and corpses for yellow beetles, which restore the protagonist’s HP (useful for recovering from mutant attacks).
- Follow the path downward to a locked door. The password is 5930. Enter the password to unlock the door and access a room containing two round valves: one on a table and one behind the table on a gasoline barrel.
- Progressing Through the Cave:
- Approach a flame-throwing device and press E to use a valve, disabling the flames and accessing Area B.
- In Area B, proceed straight. When you see a “00” pattern, continue deeper into the room to collect two egg-shaped objects (parts of a key).
- Exit the room and head upward. Encounter another flame-throwing room, use a valve to disable the flames, and proceed to a room with a firebird totem. On the table, find another key component (a “sensual limb part”). Open your inventory and combine the limb part with the two egg-shaped objects to craft a key.
- Return to the second floor, avoid mutants, and enter the mutant’s room. Proceed to a large gear room with a keyhole on the wall. Use the crafted key to unlock the door.
- Enter a room with four plates, each marked with a human body pattern. Search for limb parts matching the patterns, long-press E to drag them onto the plates. Once all limbs are placed, a longsword drops from the ceiling.
- Second Floor Additional Exploration: On the second floor, find a wall with three rotating dials. Adjust the dials to complete the pattern, opening the door. Inside, find basic supplies and interesting costumes. You’ll also encounter a locked skeleton frame. To unlock it, recall the red pattern markers seen on walls along the way and adjust the lock’s pattern markers in the correct order. Unlocking the skeleton frame grants a key.
- Further Exploration:
- On the second floor, locate a room with a central flowerpot-like structure. Avoid approaching it, as it triggers a tentacle H-scene. Instead, head to another door.
- At one exit, find a downward staircase. Descend to reach an auction house. Interact with the toilet by pressing E to trigger a sitting event, allowing you to save progress.
- Exit the auction house and turn right (not upstairs). Find a gear mechanism, press E, and select the longsword from your inventory to trigger a cutscene (the protagonist escapes the dungeon, and a message indicates the demo ends here). The full version may continue from this point into additional main or side quests—stay tuned.
