So it's understandable, I don't have time to recharge, they do 3 bites and that's it.

After the initial 4 tentacles try to go with 4 shots and reload strat. It allows you to reload quickly enough to dispose all of the tentacles before they attack and you have two bullets reserved for where the kicking mutants appear.
This way you basically can just keep killing off tentacles and at some point the boss does pause for a bit, letting you easily unload at him.
Still after a while of using the 4 shots reload approach you will start to notice moments where you can easily put the last 2 bullets at the body, cause only one tentacle is growing back.

I think that picture is only avaliable in Amplexus Protocol, but you need to unlock the first hentai picture after help Christopher and Powell offer him a titjob in the hard mode.
