Let's have a male VA drone in our ears for a full 10 minutes on how to press M1, tab and play a FNAF in an unskippable contentless tutorial. Good idea guys.

Edit: sat through the droning off only to discover the gameplay loop of "run to a place, invidually pick up and drag 10 objects, solve some bs terminal puzzle and drag chairs" then found out there aren't even any scenes past this.

What a waste of disk space. Such potential for scenes yet probably top 5 worst gameplay loop on this site, I don't even see how you could fix this without starting over, the idea is broken in its inception and the dev seemingly doesn't understand people don't want to be locked in a room for 10 minutes with someone droning off while they have nothing to do. Did he playtest it even once?

Tried to find what decodes the game's save files. A little confused as to why this game would need an anticheat?

We will see PvP mode 32vs32 players, battle passes, skin shop, Coop mode for 4 players and...
No it's just a way for developer prevent piracy and milk people from Patreon, dump his Patreon account for this.

man if only you had this type of heart for the cumrooms when a really invasive anti cheat was found there. but i guess not you would rather harp on this game for even daring to have any anti cheat at all

The game is on Patreon. Delays are to be expected. The longer it takes between updates, the more money they can milk from their backers. They have already missed the first roadmap goal of 1-2 months between small updates.
It also doesn't help that the only other project they have developed is one they abandonded.

Found out about this game from a friend, looked pretty intruiging from screenshots on the head page, decided to give it a go.
Was a little bit disappointed from various strange game design decisions developers made, yet I feel like there's a potential.
I'm gonna leave a feedback type of comment, don't know whether developers care or not but I just hope some of the issues could be fixed or some concepts re-made/re-visited.

Played 2025-02-20 paid version.
I've recently acquired a decent new PC with slightly above average specs.
Didn't have any stutters nor bugs nor crashes, it was bumpless experience. Didn't see FPS drops but it wasn't like I was monitoring that aspect non-stop.
My FNAF experience: 0. Never played one, don't have any plans to Mayosplash's Roxy is hot af tho. I'm generally not into horror games.

Quick pros(+) and cons(-):
Pros:
+ environment looks and feels good and fitting (a little bit too dark imo);
+ sound design is solid, doing your stuff in offices/underground is engaging thanks to various sounds here and there;
+ game manages to engage player well (imo) through stressfull situations and animatronic's interactions;
+ female character design is nice; Imo it could be even better but it's a subjective thing.
Cons:
- gameplay loop is unintuitive, tedious, uncomfortable, frustrating and has no NSFW elements other than kisses;
- lots of small game design decisions that will be mentioned later, which make this game uncomfrotable to play;
- unskippable tutorial for some reason;
- awkward controls that can't be customized;
- physics-based item handling will be mentioned later;

These are the main things I wanted to mention after playing (or at least the ones I remembered about while writing this review).

I'm not going to mention personal squabbles between consumers and dev-s, development time nor anything. I see a game, it has problems but I also see nice evnironment/lighting work with solid and engaging sound design and appealing characters that may get down on my manhood while choking me down, forcing me to tell them "harder, mommy".

Game has potential, I hope to see it blossom despite all weird choices it has made thus far.
Godspeed, developers. I wish you all the best!

P.s. I hope there will be a wolf- and a shark-girl at some point. Would've been extremely nice.

i think people finally stopped shitting on nightshift dev for stopping work on his other game. these people really don't know how to do their research and immediately jump the gun prematurely. the reason he stopped working on that game was because it was in all honesty badly coded not only that they just wanted to move on from it and work on purely new game he countless times answered why his previous game is no longer being worked on and some people can't take that as an actual answer and continue to spread misinformation. they also shit their pants whenever they see something even slightly resembling an anticheat (no its not just for multiplayer games single player games can have it too) while conveniently ignoring other games that have more invasive anticheat not mention this poor dev also got his code stolen and reused in more popular game that is essentially an asset flip and just one of the recent builds of that game has an anticheat to stop you from cheating the gambling (not paid gambling) system and making it in your favor it feels like these poeple don't even do the slightlest bit of research because "GaMe DeV BaD BeCaUsE He No WoRk On PrEvIoUs GaMe AnYmOrE" even though the reason why is this game he wanted to make something new and orginal and he went with it just have some fucking patience to atleast let the game cook for a little while longer there arugeably more eggreous games out there that actually are taking so long to devople that by the time they finish yandere dev would have realsed a new yandere sim update

You sound like one of developer who don't want take responsibility. No one will cry about previous project if dev don't make money on it, I mean after abandon his project he must make it free because his previous game is unfinished, about this game, we still waiting for update without any news or bugfixes, so possible missunderstood is justified.

There is no reason for single player games to have anti-cheat systems. There is no benefit from such a system to anyone. The only reason single player games have anti-cheat is greed. The cheats still exist, but they're just behind a paywall. Other games are not ignored, they're just not mentioned if the game is easy enough to beat without cheats.

^ let me clarify this with you he didn't "abandon" it he straight up stated he was no longer working on it in favor for creating a better game not to mention he isn't on f95zone he already said this in his discord a long time ago and has stated it endlessly to people coming in and getting mad that he doesn't work on the game anymore its in his discord stated again and again your just constantly restating constant misinformation so yeah your entire statement is "game developer bad because he no longer wants to work on the game i liked"

^ this is wrong many developers have used anticheats in Singleplayer games for the sole purpose of keeping certain parts of the game a secret or to keep some amount of fairness it is NOT only used in multiplayer games. and is normal to see when the game developers intentions are to keep parts of the game in the way they are intended to be for example xcom has an anticheat for its Singleplayer portion of the game and let me make it so clear since everyone doesn't know about who anticheats. while yes some anticheats are invasive not all of them need to be. my point being your not at risk as far as i know unless someone cracks open to code there should't be anything logging your ip adress like the Cumrooms anticheat did. (anticheats do not need a connection to a server to function)

It's your fight, guys...but just to clarify again, the dev was here all the time..

https://f95zone.to/threads/night-shift-at-fazclaires-nightclub-v0-4-zuryaaoki.125654/post-8679765

And Timekss was more likely referring to the fact that it wasn't an indie charity project, but it was originally supposed to be serious paid development. Later, the dev changed his tone and revealed that it was actually just an experiment.
But otherwise, yes, you're right that it's hard to work on a project that you hate, don't have the skills for, or have no future..or rather, it was a uselless code mess from the start.
