Yes and no. It's pretty much only on the character death and the type of pregnancy is either a burster or regular birth.

One thing to note is the main character doesn't actually die, she's literally unkillable due to an enchantment. So she 'dies', has a monster baby, that baby can impregnate her, then she goes through burster style birth and would 'die' again if it wasn't for the enchantment. Reminds me of the raping trolls in Berserk, but if the women couldn't die and the troll babies could violate their mothers. It'd be brutal if the art was more detailed.
