Maybe thats' because her tears are not too visible. I know at least two Niicrii's games, where you need to take a very good look to notice the girl's tears. I can't check it by myself, because I have no Raiden's apk (not interesting enough to me) and too lazy to search it.
Oh, and that's also possible that the game just have a tears option for nothing. It just exists.

I don't mind the reminders, I'll see em eventually, but when real life bullshit happens, checking the forum and providing lewds goes really far down the priority list.
