Sadly I have no time right now to remake those games, even if I don't make new pictures and I just build that to renpy8 I think I need to make changes in the code.
I'm finishing the assets for the Powell shooter, and after that I need to start with the ones for another game I'm working on, so I'm not going to lie you, I can't waste time right now with that now. After that, I could try to check them and make another version, but I think you could do it yourself with Renpy 8 and RPA extract.
Sorry man, I wish to have time for doing it!

After completing all love routes in Act II I'm stuck at the "remember Rick" option at the apartment. When I click it, it says I should remember a girl first but there is only "remember others" and then it goes to show only remember Rick, as I completed them all

Did it EVER list other girls? It may simply be a static warning that appears regardless of whether you already did what it's suggesting, like "This is a point of no return, so make sure you've done all you want before you proceed." You will eventually need to Remember Rick. Are you saying it won't LET you Remember Rick?

Hm, I'm seeing an interesting loop. I think the idea is that when you first try to remember Rick, your mind is giving other distractions to save you from the memories. Try choosing Remember Rick WHILE the option to Remember Other is there. Kind of like, "No, I need to get through this. I can't just try to distract myself from the pain."

couldnt get the persistent file to give all scenes, even went into the app data folder. but I got the other saves to work
Try to put the savefiles in the appdata folder and in the save folder into the game folder, maybe that should works to unlock all the saves before the hentai scenes and unlock the gallery. If not you can always download the CG's of the game.

That's a Gloria scene. In fact, I'm not sure how you got the one after it without getting it first.
All of her scenes on the subway should trigger just by riding the subway enough times, after having watched the news report about train chikan. That shouldn't be possible, but ... my best guess is, maybe the timing of when it should have appeared just so happened to line-up with some other event that triggers on the subway, and it got skipped over.
Good news is, gallery unlocks are game-wide. So, assuming you save fairly often, I would recommend going to a save somewhere around her first scene on the train, and then just spam riding the train until you get the one that's missing.
Going to the beach (when there is no event there) is the fastest way to spam train rides, because it kicks you back to the train when nothing happens. So, you can hold down the skip button and just choose beach repeatedly until you get enough train rides racked up. Should take less than a minute.
(Sidenote for Nikraria: IF I'm right about that, you might be able to fix it by just making any events which occur on the train but are not dependent on the number of train rides subtract 1 from the "number of train rides" variable.)

Yea now that i think about it i kept going to the subway but the homeless women kept popping up. maybe i should finish her then start the gloria path. btw do i have to be at a certain act?

Technically, no. Gloria's story is accessible in Act I, but you do need the TV you get from Ada. So, you have to finish Ada's Act I story, but once you have the TV, you're all set.

Ainda não joguei a nova atualização, mas pretendo fazê-lo o mais rápido possível. Desde a atualização anterior, estou ansioso para saber as alternativas e os finais dos personagens.
As Guyin Cognito said, that is a Gloria scene. Maybe there is some double +1 somewhere, is a strange bug. The alternative of skip all after watch all the news in the TV is good, I think you should unlock all gloria events with that. The homeless girls hould be not a problem, they are independent, you can unlock both at the same time or if you don't like Nikki you could use some option to stop finding her.
I revised the code and you don't need any particular act and the conditionals are correct. Could be a problem with some old savefile? I don't even know.
If you need more help don't hesitate in ask, please.

I'm asking about her specifically because... with those breasts, her MILF body... and a daughter who'd be a good fit for a threesome... honestly, she'd be a great fit for a mini spin-off, or rather another "mini-game" if you ever make one.
