i am missing two scenes, and im sure their both with gloria, any tips?

once you unlock her path, all you can do is keep riding the subway. Eventually, her scenes will come up based on a ride counter.

I read the comments and apparently to advance the story to act II you need to meet all the girls, except Lana. But during the first day at school there is a menu in which I picked Ursula, but after that, I only get Ursula scenes and meet with her at school. How am I supposed to approach the other girls after I started seeing one of them?

You need to finish the Ursula story to unlock the other girls. Remember, you need to unlock the love route with some girl to keep playing with the secondary ones, so the best way to unlock everything is playing follow the hearts and saving time to time to unlock the NTR/lust route.
Also, you have some savefiles in the main post if you don't want to play all the story. To change the savefiles you need to check the link in the changelog.
