But yeah, it doesn't matter if your country "doesn't have copyright rules" (doubt it, but okay), you will be booted from the major outlets if you're found to be violating copyright.

You mean like daz assets? You could definitely get into trouble, but that would depend on whether or not they find you out. I don't think they have any real way to figure out if a game's assets are pirated or purchased.

But that would require either Daz or the vendor to actively contact a developer personally, hope they respond, and ask for proof of purchase/the license with a date the predates the time of contact by the vendor. Neither have the time or manpower to hunt every user to see if they're a pirate or not.

As long as your not using the DAZ assets themselves in your game, but use them to create renders you will be fine using pirated assets. Renders made with DAZ are your own property according to their license info. As long as you don't boost about using pirated assets, there is nothing they can do. They cannot prove the assets used in the renders are pirated, and you are not obligated to answer if somebody would ask (the change for this happening in the first place is pretty much non-existent).

And there's tons of people killing, robbing, raping, sometimes the three together... Does it mean that those are legal activities ?

That something is made temporarily legal in your country, because big daddy is pissed off, just mean that you don't risk to be prosecuted, as long as you stay inside the country. But it doesn't prevent other parties to kick you out of their place.
Laws aren't some kind of immunity totem, they apply only inside the borders of the country that have them. And it's not because yourself are inside those borders, that you can pretend to be protected everywhere in the world.

South Africa have (had?) a law explicitly abrogating copyright for all that is medicinal. This permit to South African companies to create copyrighted medicine in South Africa, and to sell those medicine in South Africa. But would they try to create them, or sell them, outside of South Africa, they would have a really hard time and be sued from everywhere.
