VN - Ren'Py - Completed - No Mercy [v1.03a] [ZeratGames]

If your thing is domination, this AVN checks a lot of boxes. The animations are great, but could use a few more angles per scene (a lot of the blowjob scenes are too close or too far - add a mid-range scene). The domination dialogue is great, but the English could use a little work. The story has a nice build until about Chapter 4 were everything just kinda falls apart (I mean, this AVN was kinda believable until Tommy joins in on a spit roast of his mom). Maybe it comes back together again in the end, but I doubt I'll revisit b/c I lose immersion due to the choppy English.

More like 4*, but its got a lot of content and the graphics and writing are pretty good. Not a riveting story but it does what it sets out to accomplish.

What holds this back is that you get locked out of a lot of content based on choices, and there isnt a walkthrough. It is also impossible to get all achievements in one playthrough, which doesnt make sense. This is not a game where you should need multiple playthroughs.

Good Points
+ There was 3rd wall-breaking kind of scene about kissing and it was funny.
+ The game has avoidable/choiceable different kinks/paths, and even it's not too many dialogues are a little bit different depending on your choices as well.
+ Sex scenes have animations, and they are decent.
+ MC's ''step'' mother looks decent, even tho she need some improvements.

Bad Points
- There is no grand/big/main story at all and it just fully revolves around MC going after some women, corrupt, and having sex with them, which is kind of boring.
- The game lacks a love path, and current dom-lust paths feel nearly the same, so we can say the game lacks variety.
- MC's ''step'' mother character-wise she is not really likable, she is quite a classic ''Women'' example, so stupid that it makes you wanna die from cringe, especially with how she constantly talks about how terrible MC is, calling him to creep, etc, yet forgetting everything happened because of she is being a whore who cheat on her husband, not acknowledge her shitty behavior, and act like she don't deserve to blame, and it was just bored-out wife behavior, etc. And if this is not enough we even learned she had cheated on MC's father while they were dating and not married as well, bruh...
- We have built-in tips called ''Easy Mode'' and it disables extra/bonus scenes, which is nonsense, they are just tips tho, though they are not good as a walkthrough and you can still miss the scenes, and they don't even fully work, most of the times they don't show to tips they should directly, what worse is there is a mod called ''story'' mod and it has everything cut, it's just pointless to make story mod and cut all the content, how is that supposed to give ''story'' to players?
- The game needs walkthrough...
- Most girls/women either look bad or look uncompleted. First of all Eve's face looks too old for her age, and even kind of ugly, her tits are unnecessarily saggy, and weirdly enough MC keep calling them fat/big, etc, even tho they are not, they are even kind of small, especially too small for her frame and hips. Secondly, Tommy's Mom hair looks terrible. Then we have MC looking ugly, and kind of creepy. MC's ''step'' mother can use some curves, like a little bit bigger and rounder tits, less gap between them, etc, she was supposed to be the main girl and the MILF, but even tho she has kind of sexy aura she is not living up to her role enough with her body. And then Tommy's ''step'' mom has great tits, and body, but her face looks ugly. Lastly Sheila, she has aura, and kind of sexy, but she still not attaractive enough. So in the end general art style of this game for the character models is bit meh, it's either right on some places, but wrong on others, or fully wrong.
- Sex scenes have animations, but they are average at best, their physics & quality need improvements. And they can use better positions/angles as well, current ones don't look that appealing.
- Render quality needs improvements.
- The game needs better proofreading.
- The game has some forced choices, like episode 5 final choice blocking MC from having sex with his ''step'' mother if he chooses to stay with his ''step'' aunt.
- Having no option to not let Nicole dance alone was quite nonsense, seriously all those nonsense choices can block scenes exist, but this is not? And it ends up with a perv dude taking her into the toilet? BRUH.
- The game is completed, and it's rushed AF.

For The End
It was kind of poor game, could have been better at time with updates, but instead developer decided to complete the game with rushing stuff, BRUH...

Lots of choices that actually matter, the dialogue could be improved but it's still a great game. The model of the mom is gorgeous, the lighting and posing of the scenes are also good. Can't say anything about the sound, I play all of these games muted.

A bit of a rapey game. But the game itself is very good.

Pros:
1) Great renders. The stepmom looks gorgeous.
2) Great plot. It seems to be heading somewhere.
3) Amazing POV animations. Finally, someone who knows how to do POV right on this site!
4) The characters have depth to them and aren't mindless zombies.
5) MC is interesting.

Cons:
1) I thought the "Lust" path wouldn't be rapey like the "Domination" path, but I was wrong. 2) It looks like there are lots of paths based on the dialogues, but the game still wants you to pick certain dialogues and play a certain way to succeed.

Overall, the game is pretty solid and is fresh. I just hope there will be more serious branching opportunities based on your choices.

Great Renders, and I don't mind the darker story at all. This game, in my opinion, is too reliant on selecting every right answer, and it's not all that intuitive to me.

There's something of a walkthrough on the main page, but the dev changed stuff and it's no where near complete. If you need a step by step walkthrough in order to not miss scenes, I'm probably not the biggest fan of your writing style anyway.

There's an easy mode in order to skip the bullshit, but then you miss "bonus scenes" which means you don't get the full experience unless you do the bullshit anyway.

Making the points needed easier to get to unlock more scenes, or give the player more control on how they want to play would make this game 4 or 5 stars imo.

Very entertaining and love the outlook so far.

A fairly unique game with choices that matter but don't punish you, acting more as a puzzle than an obstacle. While it would be nice to have more routes this is a strictly domination game and while not really my thing and a little extreme for me it was well made and enjoyable. At times it is a little too extreme but still in the halfway immersive state that makes it interesting. Graphics are solid with nice animations and a good if sometimes slightly too fast story pace.

This game is an excellent game if you are really into blowjob's.
Also If your the Vindictive type.
And especially if your a Misogynist.
Or just a plain asshole like the MC.
You will absolutely love this game.

I haven't been given the correct skill required.
And D: I won't choose the correct sequence of choices.

very less to complain about this . Although a walkthrough mod would be great as there are many variable and outcomes. This has some hardcore scenes nothing too extreme, but recent chapter has some softcore scenes as well . So yea the ice is melting . Waiting for the next update .

This one is a very good game (v 0.662). First of all, the story is a bit rushed, true, but it makes more than enough sense compared to the generic porn. Characters have personalities and try to resist and such. There are plenty of choices and one of my only flaws for the game lies in how it handles them, especially in the first episodes, not making it clear at all the implications one or the other may have, and in the end, since there are clearly optimal paths, choices end up being few (but meaningful). Minigames are so so, and specially the Speed perk is quite annoying and un-intuitive to get, and plays an important role in the last episode at least.

Render quality is top notch, and so are character models that, while being undeniably hot, still look like real woman proportions. Animations are short, true, but plenty and perfectly done. I turned off the music though it sounded interesting, since I had other things in the background, and sound effects are few but contribute well to the game. And at least in my playthrough I found no bugs.

So, all in all, a great game, one I can easily see going up to five stars.

4/5 , actually enjoyed it , slow corruption feels right , and what can i say it's banger game, with minor issues. i think the scripts/dialogue has it's flaws , but how do you actually make it make sense, it's an incest game. anyway overall i think it's a good game. 4stars.

I was really tempted to only give 3 or even less stars because of the stupid trial and error point system that forces you to play a scene like a dozen times to check if you missed something because of some arbitrary conditions.

But .... ,there aren't many games that fully embrace the male dom/blackmail genre that also have decent graphic and writing that doesn't make your eyes(or ears?) bleed, and, ignoring the infuriating gameplay, I think the game actually does a pretty decent job at delivering that fantasy. The stepmom is also very attractive and not your typical DD Milf.

So if you're looking for that kind of game, I think it's definitely worth trying, and if the game focuses on the important things in the future instead of trying to annoy the player, the 4 stars are well deserved imo.

It's no masterpiece, but a game worth playing if you're interested in the kinks.

One thing that didn't affect my rating, but bothered me while playing:
I think the game makes much more sense if the main LI is your stepmom, I actually restarted the game because I made her the birth mom at first.
But if she's your stepmom the MC always calls her stepmom in dialogues and that just sounds extremely weird. So an option to decide how to call her and vice versa, independent from the actual relationship, would be very much appreciated.

Edit: I changed my rating to 3 stars. The gameplay with the achievements and points is so stupid, complicated and nonsensical while adding nothing of value to the game, it's just frustrating.

The gameplay seems less complicated now, or maybe I just think so? Regardless, it's a good game with rare kinks, nice graphics and very hot sex scenes, plus, very regular updates which is really rare these days, so: recommended!

Well, it looked (visualy) very good in the beginning (Intro) and actually the models are realistic. This also means the artistic/lewd possibilities were not explored. The lightning of the scenes is nice.
And all that is accompanied by the most simple hillbilly logic/writing of dialog by far.
The dev should not bother offering different pseudo routes to the violent twisted abuse fantasy this project wants to deliver. It does not work and only angers pl like me who thought to be able to drive this in a more subtle submissive plot but always finds the actions unlogical and inconsistent to what is (badly) written in the dialog.

Story is interesting, art is pretty and the concept is engaging. There's not many games I've played where the MC is just a sociopath level prick out for himself so it was a different change of pace. Negatives are mild but the English could sometimes be a little off, the mini games can go die in a fire and the animations are minimal. Overall I'd consider a good demo with strong promise.

It's a compelling corruption/domination game with a hint of incest. some useless minigame but the dialogs are great and the sex scenes are very exciting with sexy animation. Wich is a stong motivation for finding the more efficient options in dialoges and actions.

Story just dident make sense to me, you got a MC that finds out hes stepmom is cheating on hes dad, so MC goes stright to thinking he should be fucking her as well? so i guess he really hates hes father which makes me wonder why hes even living in hes dads house to begin with, hes a grown up ffs......

AND WHY IS EVERYONE YELLING IN THIS GAME? the hole freaking text in the game is in caps? why? its just another thing that adds to the annoyinig list.

Anyway then hole game is about trying to rape people starting with the stepmother and who ever else he wants to and you as the player controle fuck all, so if you hate someone or hate how they look MC will try to fuck em....plenty of choices but they dont really matter much other then how far you will be able to get with someone its pretty boring and bland.

The problem is it also fails at being a rape game sinice MC will get kicked in the balls or in the head by the stepmother all the time so for a rape game its lacking alot as well and feels like MC is a whimp trying to play tuff.

Maybe its due to the weird stat system that never shold have been in the game, it only adds to the annoyance level trying to figure out what to say to gain the right stats to see a scene, forcing alot of reloading which i just dont need in a porn game.....

Another thing i just hate in games is fake choices and this game as that as well, if you dont follow the choices dev wants you to, then it will break the 4th wall and starts telling you why you cant do something, like i picked kiss the step mother at one point and dev starts talking about game is called no mercy and theres no kissing scene? so why on earth would dev even make the choice for the player to click, when all it does is fuck up the game even more by adding shit people dont want in a game......

Also kinks and fetishes is also forced like footfetish and such and since LIs are forced as well it really just feels like a kinetic novel.

Then theres the mini games that i just couldent care less about, they are annoying and dosent add anything but wasting your time trying to get past them.

MC is also a drug dealer that beats up people that dosent pay on time, so hes a nut case really and dident really enjoy playing him.

The only thing decent is the animations they are pretty good and why i added one star for that.
As for the girls well Milfs since thats about all there is in the game, they look ok but i cant say i found they hot and if i had the chance i proberly wouldent pick the mother or aunt for a relationship.

I had planned to do the whole review in caps, but jesus that hurts my eyes, the same way playing this game did. Anyway, "No Mercy" is a game about a teenager/young man with all the confidence and attitude of someone with a micropenis who catches his father's wife cheating on his father.
Now, I think most people would feel pretty bad for their dad. Or, might be angry at their father's wife. But the micropenis MC? Nope! It's just an excuse to try and rape his father's wife (which happens - and I cannot emphasize enough that I picked the nonviolent choices) multiple times over the next few days.
I can see how shocked you are. Whoa! Sounds like another mentally ill MC, who should probably see a psychiatrist.
You don't have to tell me that! This MC is a legit psychopath. He is a small-time weed dealer who beats up his customers if they don't pay on time! Maybe should remind the dev that weed is legal in most places in the 21st century, and that even when it wasn't, no one beat anyone up over it. As if that wasn't silly enough, the mother of one of his customers offers to pay the MC to stop selling to her son, so the MC - you guessed it! - tries to blackmail/rape her, too!
Still, there are a lot of choices in this game, but... oh, wait. If you don 't pick the choice the dev wants, he literally breaks the fourth wall and lectures you for not making the correct decision. That's the mark of a high-quality, interactive story, right there!

Great game so far, really one of the good ones you must try.

Pros:

1. Great looking models
2. Animations are done very nicely, using stills for simple animations during non-critical moments is really nice.
3. Story is interesting enough, written well and structured well, but....

Cons:

1. Point system is bad, the dev keeps content away from the player when the player makes a choice that doesnt net enough points to unlock another scene later. This is completely stupid and just causes frustration with the player to reload and try again to get the correct amount of points for the better or more content.
2. Story, while the story is good in a porn logic sense and to get your blackmail abuse wick wet, its kinda bad because the MC is actually a douche.
3. Minigames and very tight conditions to be met or else the player is locked out of content until they try another approach is actually just annoying as fuck. Per this review, I believe providing a player a route then maybe some sub routes are better, but done limit it FFS, rather than remove the option in a playthrough, take the idea and introduce it later in the same path!

As per last point, NEWSFLASH, 99.99% of people will opt for more content. Why create a system that blocks the player from experiencing that content. Maybe make it clear from the get-go, that there could be a love path and a lust path or maybe even something in between and then create unique scenes for each path so the player has some replay value to try other paths, instead of the current method.

The MC being an asshole to cuck his dad that he actually seems to have a good relationship with the cheating wife. Pretty much every choice later, to get decent content you will need to be an asshole, now while that does work for the type of character, its also built around the MC catching the wife first when it should actually not be, the MC is simply that kind of person, at least then the story becomes more plausible and the players know what kind of MC they getting involved in. Having a love route like this though, is bullshit and doesn't work.

Still good game (at least visually), but I wanted to add another item for suggestion. The way the updates come out limit the player a lot if their path was different. Honestly I am not sure why the dev designed the game in this way, or if its easier than the way I envision e.g., have clear path set from start of game, either domination or love, none wont really work and locks you out of getting some scenes, not even sure its worth it.

After picking a route, have the game play out in a normal VN way, only when there is e.g., a potential love interest then give the player a choice, either accept this LI and go harem route (if option) etc. This way of playing is easier to provide across the board update content. So either the update has love or dom or both and then branching but put that in the update description so players know.
