Hey, how's the next update going so far?
Workin' on it, it will still be a little while yet. Poker scenes tend to take a little longer because of all the branching the story can take.

If you haven't seen it, I've posted a little teaser of Lisa's outfit on patreon (small spoiler, obviously):

So far it's looking great, but still quite a lot to finish!

That's a comfy lookin' outfit for Lisa right there. Been looking forward to this poker sequence in particular, given Lisa's characterization in this game. So certainly really curious to see how it'll play out!

Will post more info at the end of this weekend, the update is getting there, one step at a time.

I've really put a lot more time into Lisa's art than in any other part of the game, and I think you all will notice it as well when you get to play it.

For anyone curious why it's not easy to just type in some prompts into AI and be done with the art in a couple hours, here's the list of things which take me the most time in terms of creating the art:

  1. Facial expressions!
    1. It's actually quite hard to make the perfect facial expression for a scene. Sure I can prompt for "Embarrassed" and get an embarrassed expression, but especially in the poker sequences the emotions are not so simple. Representing "She's embarrassed, but also she's determined to win, but also she's kind of having fun" requires a lot of stitching together different eyes/mouths/eyebrows, etc... (I never realized how important the eyebrows are until I started making this game!)
  2. Body proportions!
    1. Getting the perfect pose, with perfect lighting, and correct bodily proportions, takes a lot of set up. For some reason, it especially loves to give Lisa a huge booty which I need to make more reasonable.
  3. Stripping!
    1. Stripping sequences require a lot of manual work, AI models are not good with different layers of clothes / pulling of clothes / ruffled clothing etc...


Rough status update: I have ~100 fully complete images, and I believe I will need about 150 in total for the intro, poker scene itself, all side routes, and the outro. However, much of the remaining 50 should be simpler because they 1: won't require complex facial expressions, and 2: are not stripping sequences.

Really excited to get this update done, but really making sure it's perfect before I do :)

Looking forwards to seeing a strip sequence again. Any teaser for anything about the content? I guess we know what the outcomes will be from strip poker, but maybe you could share some of the planned conditional paths? Almost like the previous one unlock hints.

Not sure if one is planned but could be interesting to have a hard-to-get secret condition with one of the bets CGs here. Maybe like a comeback one where she is ahead by a lot and offers to do something more extreme/embarrassing thinking she won't lose due to being so ahead, and you get the reward if you make an underdog comeback.

Also just thought of it from the last ash strip poker one, but for music choice, maybe instead of having a few songs that it cycles through, it could dynamically change based on the girl's amount of clothes left? Like have a distinct start, middle, and end game song with faster paced ones being towards the end. The Ash ones were pretty good when the timing lined up with the strip sequence naturally.

I am thinking about adding in one or two "secret" side events in this section, I'm still planning how to make it work well. I've thought of the comeback idea, but the poker game involves so much luck/RNG that it's extremely hard to make a comeback like that, and can be frustrating. But the structure of this poker sequence is slightly different, so I've got some more options on how to make it work. The details definitely aren't figure out yet, so it's still a "secret" even to myself currently :D

I do like your music idea, but music is overall pretty hard to get right. If I can manage to get some good songs, I might give it a shot!

Yeah, for music not sure how it would actually feel so would need to see how it plays out. Can change the mood if it fits correctly.

For the comeback one, think it would be hard to do naturally, but can be possible on reply with the cheat system. To get the lose but make it close, I actually would sandbag, then use the 10 cheats to catch up. Since you would be so far behind, you still have to ration them (like not using if you have a good hand already) so it can take a few tries but could be interesting for one you have to shoot for, that might take a couple tries, even with cheat hands. Other one that would be more likely to naturally happen would be the 1:1 tied final hand.

Since it is Tracer, I think the AI is demanding at least one butt-focused CG due to how infamous hers is.

I haven't tampered with AI art gen, but I know when I tried some AI 'chat bot' things, they are exceedingly terrible at the concept of stripping. AI technology does not yet understand the appeal of removing clothing one by one.

Was going to check in, is there any info for the newest update? All good if you still are waiting to finish something first before an update post.
