I'm really glad that someone asks for a fishing rod instead of an already grilled fish..After all, you can use that knowledge elsewhere (in another Unity game).

Check your BepInEx version/build,correct installation (placed folders/files where the exe is located), firewall, AV..this is the most common problem. Some users need VPN at least for the first launch (BepInEx needs to download some libraries). Then the question is whether you are using Windows or other OS (Linux need bypass).

Sense beplnex auto translation doesn't work how it should you can still use it click the short cut " ALT + R " and for every scene or next word you can auto translate. Hope this helps you.
