Anyone know of any Nokobeya games on the site? I can't properly find any because there is no direct translation on DLsite and searching the circle name doesn't bring me anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't look like it. Like you say there's no translations, for the DLSite pages or the actual games that I can find with just a quick search. Try somewhere like
