You only filtered by mobile and disabled VN, but almost all games shown are also renpy or similar VN based games.

The only thing i play on mobile is Trap Quest and SurVive. There's also Lust Doll Plus, but it's still not finished. If you want a quick 5-minute game, i recommend Coco Nutshake.

VN are games where we have linear story and sometimes you can make some choices along the way and in fact after the disabled of vn, the remaining games are often either sandboxe or point & click games and these are probably the only games available on the phone which are not typical vn games because they usually give more freedom.
As you probably noticed there are no games made using the unreal engine because such games are only available on pc so if you're looking for games where your character can walk around the map and have the freedom of an open world game then such games are most often made using unreal engine and sometimes unity, but if the dev doesn't make a mobile version of unity game then no one else is going to make it for android like they can with most renpy games - so if you are looking for such games it is rather difficult to find such games for your mobile phone.
