Seeking Non visual novel/dating sim sandbox

I basically want a sandbox game (preferably open world but doesnt have to) that is NOT a visual novel/dating sim.

Best examples would be lonarpg and degrees of lewdity, games where you can do anything you want and choose not to follow the story/quest. Also I like hardcore fetishes, Thanks.
