Seeking Non VN-games where you are your landlady's bf

Hi folks,

I'm looking for games where you can be your landlady's lover (you know what I mean).

I prefer playing, roaming around and interacting with the characters I want. I don't like to follow a story like a VN.
Artwise I like the daz3d models, but 2dcg is also fine. Personally i'm not into these honey select models, but I could forgive that if the gameplay is really good.

I like these games where you can have a phone or book with stats of a character (age, bra size, love points, corruption, etc)

Games I already played: summertime saga, milf's plaza, lab rats 2 and more.
