1) Welcome to F95
2) Don't know about the wrong place maybe General Discussion would be better - @wep might be able to move it for you.
3) A lot of the sigs you see (especially with the sparkly hearts and F95 at the bottom) are beautifully made by @Krull there is no central repository, you will need to look through the game thread to find them.
