Can confirm that it's Cordelia from Fire Emblem Awakening. Interesting so see her now, because the game (and thus hype around the character) is from a few years ago.

It's an older artwork, from "a few years ago". I have that image and the creation date (on my computer, I assume dated from when I d/l'ed it) was 2/20/18 (4 years ago).
