I don't remember the name of this 3D game, so I will tell what I remember:
1. MC wakes up in past , somewhere in Scandinavia, Norway I guess.
2. a hunter girl takes him to her village.
3. he doesnt know her language.
4. there are 3 leaders in the village.
5. all of different clans.
6. 2 of them know english, and can talk with the MC.
7. there is a hot milf who is a Lady and a Witch.
8. MC stays at Raven Cave(the path I chose)
