I think the dev fixed an issue with joiplay, not sure if it's the same problem you have, but i think it's on their patreon.

I agree, Lezdom games are very underrepresented.
There is a new version (1.6.1) in Patreon with improved english translation, with ChatGPT plus some manual corrections. I'm not a patreon so I didn't try it.

graphics on 3, I prefer models on Daz 3 d + on AI you can make images indistinguishable from real ones. 5 for game mechanics. I hate the linear plot, more random events could have been added.
