A good game with a good concept but there's a few things you need to fix, the blowjob clipping issues with the old man and friend, also make the models actually close their eyes when they're asleep. Sure you won't notice unless you're using cheat items but still, it's a small thing that you can do.
Other then that and this will probably be a pain to add, you need to give the childhood friend more moral dilemma if you're high intimacy with her while also having high intimacy with the old man, instead of obviously kissing him at the door when you go to pay, consider having her being next to him while he's groping her from behind. Same thing but it covey's that she'd rather you not know about the cheating, likewise if you have low intimacy, but then raise it later she should have interactions beyond just not being a virgin or being used to giving blowjobs.
I assume later you'll be adding more characters so I won't go into that, but consider making the stream images change as she's corrupted as well, skimpier clothes, makeup, etc, as she goes full E-thot, maybe even have the old guy or whoever she's most intimate with in the background as a leg or arm, you can go even further by making small looping animations for you to watch if you want, like those H-games with radio comms, her "eating a banana" off screen, or bouncing a bit on her "Chair" for example.
Another thing you can do, and this is more something I'd like to see then something you need to add. If you have high intimacy, but so does the old guy or other interests then you can have them try interrupting your dates, even adding a minigame to avoid anything bad happening, or if she's corrupted enough she'll secretly have sex or pleasure them while you hang out. Stuff like that will make it more then just a loop of work, check on sexy times, repeat. Giving the option to hang out with her even when she's with the old man would be good too, she should accept unless she just straight up has 0 intimacy with you, you can even use that to add more hidden scenes.
Other then that... I guess the moans sound like you clipped them from a porno which isn't the worst thing, I'm sure finding free use sex sounds is harder then it sounds, oh right and consider making her have sex less with the old guy if you start paying your rent, or even adding a way to slowly reduce corruption. Having her get corrupted, get better, only to relapse even harder would be hot, but that's something for a year or two from now when you have more characters, mechanics, etc fleshed out.
