It seems I run into a problem where I just can't play games made by RPGMaker MV specifically while other RPG games are fine
Whenever I try to start the game I got the error code 0xc0000005
For example and RJ373721
Already tried using locale emulator, reinstalling and updating RPG runtime, drivers, C++, DirectX, BIOS, disabling antivirus, and scaning and checking the system
NOT EVEN RESTARTING INTO SAFE MODE HELPED
Also tried looking it up in event viewer, but it just tells me " The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application "

Application Error 0xc0000005 (Access Violation) error is usually caused by your computer not being able to correctly process the files and settings required to run a particular program or installation. Despite the error showing when you try and use particular pieces of software, it has many different causes including faulty RAM problems, errors with the files of your PC and issues with the settings of your PC.

In this case, we suggest that you check for corrupted Windows system files. System File Checker (SFC) is a utility in Windows that scans for corrupted Windows system files. If it finds a problem, it will try to replace the problematic system files from a cached version that’s on your PC.

To run System File Checker (SFC), follow these steps:
  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator > Yes.
  2. At the command prompt, type sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and the /). Scanning will take a few minutes.
  3. If SFC finds corrupted files and replaces them, restart your PC and check if the issue persists.

For more info about System File Checker, see .

Sorry I didn't mention, but I've done that
that's okay that how we can help better by asking questions to get down to the problem

next thing to do is do a refresh installation of windows but do backup of your important files then if that doesn't work then it might be a faulty RAM problem this will rule out if it's ram pronlem

but if you don't want to do that then do this first do a memory diagnostics you will need a usb stick for this

if it does show there is a ram error then you have to take all your ram out keep one in and re-do the test again and repeat for each ram module

Application Error 0xc0000005 (Access Violation) is a software or ram problem

Thank you for your time and efforts, truly
Unfortunately, I do not have a USB at hand
So I will seek one, and probably reinstall the system should it not work
May take me a while
