As the first person to review this title, allow me to say this: This title has great concepts, but poor execution. The idea of being locked in the beginning level, and the ability to claim the NPCs' virginities/impregnate them is amazing! Unfortunately, the roster is rather small for this genre, the CGs aren't too great for a couple of NPCs, and the English MTL can be a bit hard to swallow at times.
