Mega is fine. Hosting on Mega is nice.

However, Gofile is also clean and, yes, doesn't need you to buy premium to be infinite. Acting like you're being so inconvenienced by being sent to Gofile instead of Mega is extremely dumb.

I thought this game was completely dead but its nice to hear that there is just some lightwork in the background. I relate to being an artist and having real life get in the way. I hope everything gets sorted for the dude and he can continue.

Yeah, it took 4 months between 0.30 and 0.31 of The Shopkeeper. However in between that D.mon made 5 versions of The Adventurer tech demo. Both demos are supposed to be stepping stones for a bigger game which combines systems of both (like fight system of The Shopkeeper but the inventory system of The Adventurer etc). Let's hope for it to happen soon.

Well for one thing it's made in Ren'Py, so it's already an uphill battle to do anything that a VN doesn't, even down to taking inputs other than left-click.

Looking at the latest behind-the-scenes work in the Adventurer though, it looks like D.Mon has progressed on that refactoring work already, condensing the code into a more scalable object-oriented structure.

The Adventurer? Is that another demo entirely that I've missed?

Yeah, it doesn't have its own post yet*, but there are links in this thread.

* Probably because it's not actually going to be developed into a separate game and/or it's technically only been released to patrons.

They added the restraint spell while she is working the shop with the same animations. Fondling, licking, fingerings. Next couple versions will add penetration during restraint.
