Seeking NPCs impregnate other NPCs

I'm looking for games where NPCs can impregnate other NPCs, whether through consensual or non-consensual sex. It should be more random. Ideally, a sandbox/open world game with Netorare.

Lilith's Throne - you can have plenty of NPCs living in your home (either as guests or as slaves), and if you keep both male and female ones (or futas) and don't order them to take contraception pills, the NPCs will turn up pregnant at some point. Similarly if you put your slaves to work in the brothel.
And while this might count as netorare, by some strict definitions, it doesn't really play into the fetish.
