Yeah I dont have high hopes when this is the latest from their tiktok account, hell, patreon doesnt even mention NSFW Island survival in the last month.
aaand this game(forbidden lessons) has in game ads.

The game has been in development at least a year, and this is the prototype build. A year in, and the dev hasn't even gone past the proof of concept stage.

Non-sexual content... :unsure: looking at his other games seems like it's maybe being added later..
probably a Ctrl+C from his other games... but if it's somewhat good/fits in to the game, I'll give it a try and don't care.
Though slightly concerning such a small Dev is (according to itch.io) in active development of two games. (at least at the moment)

NSFW island with no sexual content is lowkey trolling and seeing that this is usually behind a paywall (patreon), makes it even more troll.

You misunderstood something. As the website name 'Patreon' implies, a patron's whole purpose is financial support. Making free tiers on there would kind of lose its purpose, don't you think?
or TL;DR don't expect free stuff on Patreon. Wrong website for that.

Though besides that, the game is in very early development ('version 0.0.3) and is lacking many things. All of that said, the dev still offers all of his games for free on itch.io, which is also linked in OP.
